Brandson Digital

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the CEO of Quay, a contract OS for global commodity trade. We help trading desks draft, share, sign, and track multi-party commodity contracts from quote to settlement.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Brandson Digital?

We needed to create a strong marketing website that clearly communicated our complex product to a B2B audience. We also wanted to establish a solid UX/UI foundation for the contract OS itself. Our goals were to have a clear visual identity, a scalable design system, intuitive user flows, and a polished interface that could support further product development.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Brandson Digital designed and developed our marketing website and handled the UX/UI design for the Quay contract OS web application. The main deliverables included the website design and development in Framer, CMS setup, and motion, along with product user flows, wireframes, UI design, design system components, and interactive prototypes for the web app. The focus was on creating a clear, scalable interface for a complex B2B commodity trading product.

What is the team composition?

We worked with 2–5 teammates from Brandson Digital.

How did you come to work with Brandson Digital?

We were introduced to Brandson Digital through our network. We chose them because they understood the complexity of our B2B SaaS product and could cover both the marketing website and product UX/UI. We also liked their strong Framer and product design expertise, founder-led approach, structured process, and fair pricing.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent less than $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from April 2026–August 2026.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Brandson Digital gave us a clear and professional digital presence for presenting the contract OS to potential customers and investors. The new website made our complex commodity trading product much easier to understand, while the product UX/UI work established a solid foundation for the web application and further product development.

We don’t have enough post-launch data yet to report meaningful changes in traffic or conversion metrics. However, the feedback from our team and stakeholders has been very positive. The new website makes the product significantly easier to understand and presents Quay in a much more professional way. The UX/UI work has also received positive feedback internally, particularly around the clarity of the workflows and overall structure of the product interface.

The feedback has mainly focused on clarity, simplicity, and the overall quality of the presentation. The website was particularly praised for making a complex commodity trading product easier to understand without overwhelming visitors with technical details. The clean visual structure, messaging, and animations were also highlighted. On the product side, the team appreciated the clear user flows, consistent UI components, and the overall structure of the interface, which makes the product feel more intuitive and scalable.

How did Brandson Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

Brandson Digital’s project management was very structured and transparent. They broke the work into clear stages, communicated progress regularly, and were quick to respond to feedback or questions. We always had a clear understanding of what they were working on and what came next. The website was delivered on time and within budget, and we can now manage and update its content independently through the CMS.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What impressed us most was how quickly Brandson Digital understood the complexity of our product and turned it into a clear, structured user experience. Their founder-led approach also made a real difference — Mike was personally involved throughout the project and stayed close to both the product and the details. They combined strong design thinking with a very disciplined workflow, which made the collaboration efficient.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There were no major issues. If anything, they could have been slightly more proactive with suggestions for micro-interactions and some product details earlier in the UX/UI phase. This was a minor point, though, and they were very responsive when we provided feedback and quickly incorporated the changes.
