5- Book an exploratory meeting with the prospect and our sales Rep
6- Support in Nurturing & follow-ups after initial meeting to help convert these prospects

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We closed near 100 000K$ in sales covering for their cost.  We also generated a pipe of arounf 120 prospects that we are actively nurturing that could increase the ROI in the future

Very good communication, we were aware of the team progress daily.  Even though are on very different time zones, they were working during our office hours to facilitate commuication and outreach activities.

The results they provided (+/- 18 meetings per week). there flexibility and adaption when we wanted to explore other market, industry or approach strategy.   They were instrumental in increasing our brand notoriety in the US Market.  I referred them to other division within our group who ended up working with hem as well.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Brandigade could have done differently?

I think they were perfect, if I had to find improvement avenues the only things that comes to mind would be on the biling side, to allow for direct payment, but it was not an issue on our end.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Brandigade could have done differently?

One area for improvement would be around reporting visibility and real-time campaign tracking. While communication and updates were strong overall, having a more advanced dashboard with live reporting, meeting analytics, campaign metrics, and real-time performance visibility would make the experience even better. A centralized monitoring system for tracking outreach activity, booked meetings, show-up rates, and pipeline progress in real time would add additional transparency and help with internal reporting and forecasting. Outside of that, the overall experience and results were very positive.

We measure success by the velocity of meetings booked — how many qualified meetings are scheduled, and how quickly. Brandigade books more than 10 qualified meetings per month, which has resulted in higher conversion rates.
