Brand Perfect Digital was great to work with. They helped strategize, launch and manage our paid media efforts through Google ads, FB retargeting and OTT. They exposed us to advertising channels were great to work with when refining and trying new things.

Our website traffic increased, quality lead generation was produced and we saw conversion to sales after our initial 3 months of getting things set up and refined.

We were trying to dramatically improve our PPC marketing. We had an account that I'd personally managed for the past five years, and we felt like we could extend our success by working with a partner.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Brand Perfect Digital took over PPC on Google Ads for us. They had the baseline of our account to work with. The team put together a plan for us, did some testing, and embarked on a campaign. Brand Perfect Digital creates keywords and ads for us.

We work with Renold (President) and Joseph (Director of Paid Search), who is our lead analyst and primary executor.

They came recommended through a referral from another agency we’ve engaged with.

So far, we’ve spent around $300,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in November 2021, and the partnership is ongoing. We’re actively expanding our engagement with them.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Since working with Brand Perfect Digital, we’ve gone from averaging about 24–30 form fill-outs a day to upwards of 50–60 form fill-outs a day on just one campaign. That means we went from 100–150 to about 360 forms filled out a week, so Brand Perfect Digital has essentially doubled our numbers.

How did Brand Perfect Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

They were fantastic at project management. They organized a very clear reporting structure; we have regular check-ins with them, and everything is organized into a single master Google Sheets document.

Brand Perfect Digital works collaboratively with my internal marketing team. The way I’d describe them is as the arms and the legs of my marketing team; they get into a lot of the things we don’t have time to do on a day-to-day basis and tweak our campaigns on an ongoing basis.

Though they use project management tools internally, I engage with them and manage our collaboration through my email. We also use texts, phone calls, and Zoom meetings to communicate.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I appreciate that they gave us a tremendous deal; we’re engaging with them on a pay-per-lead (PPL) basis. Although this model is not typically used, Brand Perfect Digital was open to a PPL engagement with us — so far, it’s paid off for both of us. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there isn’t really anything they need to improve; they’re fantastic partners, and I’ve already recommended them to another person.

Come in knowing that you don’t know everything. Engage with Brand Perfect Digital on a level where you can learn as much as possible to take advantage of the partnership.

We needed help with sales lead generation.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Brand Perfect Digital connects us with potential leads via website promotion and landing page positioning. We have a set budget to spend every month that Brand Perfect Digital uses to generate Google and Facebook PPC leads. They help skew our keyword demographics to target the right audiences in Facebook and Google searches, and then help develop key landing pages. 

Brand Perfect Digital also ensures our UTM parameters are captured appropriately between Facebook and Google. Also, they utilize our CRM tool to capture downstream data to ensure we’re maximizing our efficiency towards targeted leads.

I work directly with eight teammates from Brand Perfect Digital, including Renold (President) and Joseph (Director of Paid Search).

I’ve known Brand Perfect Digital’s CEO for many years — we worked together at a previous franchise. 

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve invested around $50,000–$55,000 for ad placement, and overall we’ve invested $75,000 with Brand Perfect Digital for this project. 

What is the status of this engagement?

Our engagement with Brand Perfect Digital began in October 2021, and it’s ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Before we started with Brand Perfect Digital, we averaged 25–30 leads a month. Within the first test month, we had over 120, and when we hired them full-time, we had over 250. We haven’t dropped below 200 leads per month since we brought on Brand Perfect Digital. 

How did Brand Perfect Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

Brand Perfect Digital manages our project very well. We have monthly phone calls to highlight the key aspects of that month’s efforts, which they outline in clear presentations. We’re in constant communication, and they’re very quick to rectify any issues we have. I have access to a customized dashboard that I can use to verify and check data. We’ve never waited on Brand Perfect Digital for information — they respond to messages within 24 hours. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Brand Perfect Digital is a fantastic business partner — they’re a small, nimble company with a lot of freedom to work directly with us. Also, they’re a really talented team with the knowledge and skillsets to deliver. Brand Perfect Digital has gone above and beyond to provide additional services and hours to be good partners and stewards of the business. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything for them to improve — Brand Perfect Digital has been a tremendous help for a brand our size. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I’d advise customers to listen to Brand Perfect Digital’s expertise and advice. Customers should work directly with their resources to inject an extra layer of QA before launching a program. I’d also suggest that customers allow Brand Perfect Digital to help them develop their programs — that’s the equation for success.

I am the founder of a licensed mental therapy firm specializing in mental health treatment, counseling & therapy.

We wanted more clients, had used several other agencies and decided to try Brand Perfect. They were hired to manage our Google and Facebook paid media campaigns for lead generation.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We looked into the reputation of the people running the company, in terms of past work experience and word-of-mouth.

They assessed the prior Google and Facebook campaigns, redid them, added tracking pixels, expanded the Google search keyword list, gave us some new Facebook demographics targeting options, configured Google Analytics correctly, created landing pages, edited creative assets, wrote revised ad copy for better conversion and ran the campaigns. All the campaign results were rolled into a live dashboard (Databox) I could use anytime. They also provided a comprehensive monthly report with all of the key findings.

We had an overall account manager, Google account manager, Facebook account manager and a landing page/CRO person on our account.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The Google campaigns worked very well with the updated keyword list. The Google lead conversion rate went up 115% since we started with them. The Facebook retargeting campaign also seems to work well. Overall, we increased our client MQLs by 145%, which is a big deal to us.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We mostly communicated though email. They were extremely responsive to any questions within hours. We also had twice monthly meetings with the entire BPD team assigned to us.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their ability to understand the business and target the right customers for it. They gave us different targeting options for ideal customers that we all thought was really smart and on-point.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

None that I could think of. They're very effective at PPC marketing.
