The final results are always outstanding.

Our customers are delighted with the animations and the videos Brand New help us to create. We have a beautiful descriptions on all or products, that helps as with sale. But most importantly, visit on our website is like a journey through a history of our company.

Our brand is now instantly recognisable to our audience and continues to grow. Our photography is so important in keeping our website fresh and we have enjoyed seeing the quality of this to be amazing.

We communicate over email or phone with Laura and Amos. Their professional and patient approach throughout our project reassured me that our Brand Identity & Design was in the hands of professionals.

I'm extremely impressed by their work ethic and timely management of our project, which in turn allows me to focus on the day-to-day running of my business. A huge success for us was receiving a set of brand guidelines which has influenced how we evolve our brand and our future products.

We used a project management tool called Asana during this project which greatly helped with deadlines and timelines. Presentations were done in person and were very informal. Brand New kept us as part of the project throughout the process which made it very enjoyable.

I like how informal they are yet very professional. They are really open to new ideas and happy to take on feedback both good and bad.

I don’t think so. I was new to their process and can really see the benefit of it.

to take a very out of date and unintuitive website and bring it up to date and with a new and fresh look.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

we were impressed by their experience with other high end clients and their proposal was extremely well received by senior management, who chose them for their clear expertise and knowledge.

After completing a brand discovery document, it gave clear indication to where the project needed to go, cutting out lengthy meetings and back and forth questions. Following the brief stage, we kicked off with a presentation of suitable options, after which was narrowed down to the favourite route.

We had a check in meeting to review progress and discuss any queries, and put forward with the next stage of design. After a delay coming from our side which was unavoidable, Brand New were very patient and continued to work alongside us to ensure our goal was achieved.

New tasks were added to the project which were taken on and handled very well, from photoshoots to video creation, to logo changes to brand colour changes, Brand New were unphased and carried on to create an exceptional website for our business.

We worked with 3 members of the team - the Managing Director, Creative Director and Designer. We also worked with their Photographer, Copywriter and videographer who were also excellent.

The new site is still in launch stage so we don't have metrics to report yet, but overall we have had great feedback from both internal and external users.

the workflow was set up in asana which was very clear and easy to follow.

The team had amazing knowledge of marketing and design and the importance of how they interact. Some agencies might be great at design but have no understanding of marketing or vice versa, having these skills are imperative to achieving a high standard outcome.

No, everything was 100%.

We are delighted with the results, primarily because the new brand now clearly represents who we are as a company. We have noticed that our customers are a lot more knowledgable about us and our services once they make an initial contact with us. There is less of a ‘sell’ as they understand the value we can bring them when they get a kitchen from us.

Everything was very clear and organised. We had a number of in-person meetings and a photo shoot as the project progressed. We used email to keep in touch.

They really understood our business from the beginning and especially the type of customers we wanted to attract. We were also involved at all stages and really enjoyed the whole process.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

My only regret is that we didn’t do this earlier.

The main goal of the project was to create the visual look and feel of our brand. This then had to be applied to the product itself and also the website. We started with strategy and communications. And then went to the design phase. The last phase was the website design and build.

We were delighted that the final project matched our ambitions and ore. We always get fantastic feedback from our customers on how our brand makes them feel. They love the utility of it - that it does what is promised, but they also comment on the positive and joyous nature of it. This has been an unexpected bonus for us.

There were scheduled meetings and presentations along the way. They were all very informal, creative and professional. They used Asana as a project management tool which we found very useful.

We loved the amount of research that they did during the project. We felt they really understood us, the market, and what we were trying to do. This build a level of trust which you need in an investment like this.

I don't think so. We were led by BrandNew's process which was a bit tricky to get used to at the beginning but saw the value of it as we progressed through the stages.

I was exiting an exiting financial planning business where I was a 50% owner to start a new financial planning business which I fully own. Brand New Creative helped me develop the culture and the brand that is unique to financial planning and also a very different look and feel to my previous business.

I was recommended three companies. I emailed in Brand New Creative first and spoke to Amos quickly after that. The initial interaction was so good, I didn't look any further.

They interviewed me (a lot!), they offered to interview the team but as this was early days in the start up that wasn't an option. They did a lot of research on our competitors and our client base. They helped create our Brand and then communication around our messaging, vision, culture and offering.

They fully understood our business and felt like part of our team. The designed our logo, worked on our tagline and developed our website. They provided us with Brand Bible to ensure we remain on script. We will be doing photography session with them for our website and social media & intend continuing work with Brand New Creative as we develop our business over the coming months and years.

The brand now reflects who we are as a company. Our vibrant and warm colour palette and on-site photo-shoot has put the Made Personal team’s personality and culture on display for new and existing customers to see straight away. We feel this has increased trust and conversions across the board.

The Brand New team had clear systems and timelines in place from the start. The discovery phase involved a series of exercises to get to know us as a company and the profile of the type of customers we dealt with and were hoping to attract.

We were provided with different rounds of stylescapes to flesh out our visual preferences in relation to brand assets and photography. Once this was determined our own assets seemed to come to life very efficiently. At no point did we feel rushed. We met internally to make sure our entire team was happy and felt represented.

They are boutique. The founders oversea all work and are directly involved in creating most of it. They are professional and highly experienced and knowledgeable. They were always available for a quick chat to talk through any questions we had.

We were happy with everything. Covid lockdowns prevented some face to face workshops but they adapted and persevered.
