Vision beyond testing and thinking more of scaling our business with automated testing and suggesting superior API platforms. They did a thorough research about our company before the interview.

They were to take charge of everything testing. Setting standards, managing the testing team, and completing thorough testing of the beta version of the application with our testing team.

They helped draft and vetted the testcase document, managed 7 testing employees in different timezones excellently and helped deliver a quality beta app to our users.

Excellent. Vishal manged 7 employees that were all in different timezone and he exceeded expectations.

They consistently went above and beyond. They introduced multiple superior APIs and management platforms to our team. They are Very personable and drop team synergy.

Just keep doing excellent work and caring about your deliverables and clients as you are currently doing. I look forward to working together again on bigger projects.

Brainy QA Services really helps well to reduce the Production Bugs and deliver better quality. We are following the Agile process, Brainy QA Services’s team strategically helps us to resolve the regression test problems in a sprint by incorporating Automated Testing. We can also frequently release the software with the right QA cycle.

It was a very effective flow among both team members.

The most impressive points about Brainy QA Services is : They focus on value and quality instead of just testing things. Good suggesting at the Design level, which helps to reduce the issue at begging level of the cycle. Very polite and supportive team. Most important is honest feedback.

In the beginning we knew very little about app testing other than "test every feature on every phone you can get your hands on". Brainy helped us to implement protocols and standards to streamline the testing and make it more effective.

Numerous bugs were found and fixed, and we are now able to find bugs faster due to methodical testing methods implemented.

Brainy was actually more on top of things than we were. We found that they were able to conduct tests faster than we could make revisions, and their communication was extremely clear.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They offer high-level QA testing at a reasonable price. They genuinely care about the work and client success. If they see an issue, even outside the scope of the project, they will speak up because they want their client to be successful.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

It's tough to find any fault. I can't think of anything. I have been thoroughly impressed by their work.

They were able to find bugs and resolve issues for us. They did an excellent job by thoroughly checking things constantly to make sure they were bug-free — we’re delighted with the work they did for us.

They delivered the projects on time and within budget. In terms of communication tools, we used Trello and Jira, among others.

The release process has now settled down and is fully documented. The time to release the product has been reduced to two days.
