I was planned to be live but because of so many complexities they ddidn't deliver as expected 

They promised something and when real work came they delayed by foolish excuses

Api integration was a nightmare they failed and blamed us 

I was done with them and despite paying 2750 usd they are not willing to share the source codes of what I paid for 

They gave me 10 % of the work and didn't do fair deal and made me left in the middle of no where 

Now, I am supposed to start over again and find a new company. I wasted my time, energy, and money.

Brainium Information Technologies designed and developed our website from scratch. I had an idea of what I wanted, and Brainium Information Technologies coached me to achieve it. The team also helped me develop the form on the site, determine when customers click, and how quickly I can get that response. We initially had a Wix account, so we upgraded our plan with Wix to get the website we wanted. The team will help us with SEO and do website maintenance in the future.

We worked with three people from Brainium Information Technologies. I started with Bias, who coordinated everything. Then, she transferred me to Goutam, who oversaw the project. I didn’t have direct interaction with the developer.

I found them through a Google search. They appealed to me because they had great reviews, which was the number one factor, and their flexibility and pricing were competitive.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent just over $1,000. I paid for a block of hours with them, and we still have about 30 hours left.

We started working together in October 2024, and the project lasted three weeks.

We’re getting leads, and Brainium Information Technologies exceeded our expectations. People take us seriously when we have an active website. Although we're still not where we're supposed to be, that's because SEO efforts haven't started. Once the SEO kicks in and the other spaces where we’re advertising require a website, I believe the leads will pick up.

Brainium Information Technologies delivered on time and communicated well with us. They completed the project excellently without using up all our hours with them. There was no set time; I gave them the flexibility to take their time because I was in no rush. Weekly, we had video reviews to discuss how things were going. We also discussed how the forms should look.

We used email and WhatsApp for communication. We had several WhatsApp groups involving all the key players. I sent them pictures of what needed to be uploaded. The official correspondence, like invoices, went through email. Goutam was our main point of contact; I gave him my expectations, and he liaised with the developer. Bias made sure the project got done. 

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

I’d like to give a shout-out to Gautam. He was very professional and understanding, and my interaction with him was excellent. The entire team was great and easy to deal with.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Brainium Information Technologies was professional. I let them guide me, and I wasn’t stringent about how I wanted things done. I gave them my expectations, and they guided me. That helped make the project successful.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The time difference was a big factor, and we only had a small window to communicate. If I missed that window, I had to email or call them. However, we made it work and it wasn't their fault, so there's nothing they needed to improve.

One factor that sometimes impacted timely communication was the 8-hour time zone difference between our teams, making it challenging to have immediate responses outside of pre-scheduled meeting times.

Despite these challenges, the overall project management was well-handled, with the team being responsive to our needs and maintaining a good pace throughout the development process. In terms of schedule adherence, I would rate their performance an 8 out of 10, reflecting their strong efforts to keep the project on track while accommodating the natural adjustments required during development.

The scope of work entailed the development of two apps on both Andriod and iOS. These apps were meant to be for the taxi hailing and carpool services. Also, a website accompanying the apps had to be developed.

The continual deliverable of the apps and having the functionalities working as expect:

• App on Andriod 
• Web pages for the website

The project management aspect was well handle. A dedicated project manager was assigned to the project which kept track of each and every aspect from the my requirements to the coding from the developers and also ensureing that all aspect are well taken care of.
