The scope covers day-to-day production design with higher level work as needed. Typical deliverables are slide decks, one-pagers and whitepapers, social statics and carousels, light motion and video edits from our footage, event signage, ADA-compliant document remediation, and round-trip edit requests on existing files, and more. We aligned on ways of working and budgets so we can move quickly as jobs come it. They also plugged into our project management system, so requests flow through the same intake and tracking our internal work does.

Turnaround time, rounds of revisions, pricing expectations, and overal quality of work.

Project management has been solid. Deliverables come back on time, and when we've had a tight turnaround they've flagged early what was realistic instead of going quiet and missing it. Communication is the strongest part — we get quick responses, clear questions on the brief when something is ambiguous, and status we don't have to chase. It's made them easy to fold into our workflow.

Most agencies keep their own process and you spend the engagement translating between systems. Brafton learned our brand, our templates, and our way of working, and now the output comes back looking like our team made it. That's harder than it sounds and it's the main reason the partnership works.

We're always looking at ways to improve how we work together and Brafton is always willing to do so.

Participants have received actionable recommendations for improving their profiles, communicating their skills and experience, and using LinkedIn more effectively for networking and job searching.
While we don’t have specific metrics tied to the project, participants have completed the training and are working to make their LinkedIn profiles stronger and have a better understanding of how to present themselves and their skills. We’ve also seen increased activity on LinkedIn. Overall, participants have found the training extremely useful.

I love how they write the emails for us and create the deck. Everything is well-organized and produced.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We have a beautiful, functional, and technically optimized website that's already driving increased web traffic from the SEO and AEO work that was done on the back end of the site. We've seen increased site speed, nearly an 80% increase in web traffic, a lower bounce rate, and more conversions since the new site went live.

We have a dedicated account strategist and an account manager that moves the project along. We communicate via weekly virtual meetings and emails. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their technical knowledge behind the website build has been extremely valuable to me. They have all the answers I need and have a well-rounded team.

At times, I felt like I wasn't sure exactly where certain pieces of the project stood because it had a lot of moving parts. But overall they were able to deliver mostly when they said they would.

We’ve seen a +19.5% YOY increase in our global SEO rankings. We’ve also seen a 4% improvement in our CTR for paid ads in North America and a +100% YOY increase in generated leads. 
We’ve noticed an increase in our AEO rankings, better CTRs on paid ads, and more time spent on our website. We measure leads generated through Google Ads, and that’s growing as well. We’ve seen a great impact from Brafton’s SEO work, which is now also resulting in great AEO pick-up and coverage.

The purpose of these projects are to provide valuable content for lead generation activities and giving our sales team resources to share with customers.

In order to determine whether or not a project was successful depends on a number of variables. One of the major determinors for videos is how many of our sales team shared the content. We've seen a significant number of our team share Brafton videos on their LinkedIn, highlighting its value for informing the audience on specific products, features, benefits and so on.

Our Project Manager, Marielle, continues to meet deadlines and provide important updates on several ongoing projects. When last minute changes need to be made, they are rectified immediately so that we can remain on target.

There are several elements that make Brafton an impressive company; from quality output to exceptional time efficiency, however I do wish to focus on the team at play. Julia and Marielle have been crucial in ensuring that all our requirements are met without hesitation. They are quick to follow up and provide support when it comes to meeting deadlines and commencing new projects. We are in great hands. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Brafton could have done differently?

We wish to continue our long relationship with Brafton, however we hope that the pricing isn't annually raised to point where it becomes unaffordable, as it is already quite expensive. We would like to know that our loyalty isn't being taken for granted. Overall, no other improvements from our end.

We needed support with our marketing plan for a video shoot and to compose still photos and videos for trade show marketing events.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Brafton has provided a selection of still images captured from on-site photos and compiled footage for two 30-second videos. The edited videos have been provided for final use in our marketing plan, trade shows, website, social media posts, and brochures. The team has done an amazing job of collecting photos, videos, and compiling B-Roll materials to create the videos, which have exceeded our requirements for the exact materials and details we need.

Moreover, Brafton has created multiple videos from scratch, resulting in amazing commercials and scripts that have been used at global industry events for our industry. The attendees have gone out of their way to compliment VLocker on the quality and professional look of the commercials and our marketing materials. The still photos have been amazing captures of the product on location, helping to tell a story with fewer words.

We found Brafton online via Google search. When we reviewed the submissions from the selected organizations, we preferred the professional presentation and attention to detail that Brafton provided from the first meeting through the pitch. The team explained what they could do to add long-term value as a partner, not just a single project solution.

We started working with Brafton in April 2025, and our current project scope has been completed. We're already in conversations for our next scope of work for the 2026 marketing plan.

Brafton has provided high-quality communication to our market prospects, driving market awareness of our brand and enabling us to showcase our product in commercials at events. Brafton has exceeded our expectations.

The process has been amazing. Jake has been great, keeping the team on track, providing valuable feedback, and communicating weekly to ensure all team members were informed as we progressed. Moreover, Brafton's attention to detail is evident in the final product. Our primary form of communication has been weekly calls via Microsoft Teams or Google Meet.

What did you find most impressive about them?

All Brafton's team members' tools and skills, both on and behind the scenes, have enabled them to provide updates, additional ideas for improving our business image, and other marketing initiatives. Moreover, the team has gained a deeper understanding of what our competitors are doing in comparable spaces, which has helped align us more closely with our vision to improve the application of our funds and ensure we're not heading in the wrong direction.

I've gone from a 1 page website that wasn't maximising my assets or expertise, to a 45 page site with all new positioning and messaging which has truly elevated me within my industry.

The e mail marketing campaign has enabled me to reach my target customer and new audiences who I just wouldn't have had access to previously.

Overall, Brafton is very prompt and clear in their communication of project updates and deliverables. We are a very large company and they were great with communication by recognizing that they need to be the main drivers of ongoing communication.
