The purpose of these projects are to provide valuable content for lead generation activities and giving our sales team resources to share with customers.

In order to determine whether or not a project was successful depends on a number of variables. One of the major determinors for videos is how many of our sales team shared the content. We've seen a significant number of our team share Brafton videos on their LinkedIn, highlighting its value for informing the audience on specific products, features, benefits and so on.

Our Project Manager, Marielle, continues to meet deadlines and provide important updates on several ongoing projects. When last minute changes need to be made, they are rectified immediately so that we can remain on target.

There are several elements that make Brafton an impressive company; from quality output to exceptional time efficiency, however I do wish to focus on the team at play. Julia and Marielle have been crucial in ensuring that all our requirements are met without hesitation. They are quick to follow up and provide support when it comes to meeting deadlines and commencing new projects. We are in great hands. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Brafton could have done differently?

We wish to continue our long relationship with Brafton, however we hope that the pricing isn't annually raised to point where it becomes unaffordable, as it is already quite expensive. We would like to know that our loyalty isn't being taken for granted. Overall, no other improvements from our end.

I've gone from a 1 page website that wasn't maximising my assets or expertise, to a 45 page site with all new positioning and messaging which has truly elevated me within my industry.

The e mail marketing campaign has enabled me to reach my target customer and new audiences who I just wouldn't have had access to previously.

We had a project manager assigned to us for each project within our broader scope, items were delivered on time or if a deadline needed to be adjusted it was communicated ahead of time. Response time was usually within 24 business hours, and they would follow up with us if we were taking too long to respond. Overall, Brafton is very prompt and clear in their communication of project updates and deliverables. We are a very large company and they were great with communication by recognizing that they need to be the main drivers of ongoing communication.

Brafton's copywriting has been great. One of the white papers delivered had 4,000 downloads in one email campaign, which was a very high result. Brafton meets our copywriting objectives, but they don't manage the marketing aspect.

How did Brafton perform from a project management standpoint?

Brafton delivers the work on time and within budget. We use their custom platform to track the project's progress, and we communicate via email and Google Meet.

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

Natalie is a great project manager. We’ve had multiple projects going on at once with different members of Brafton's team and our team. Natalie keeps things going and ensures the deliverables are on time. If something is delayed, it’s clear why. She’s excellent at nudging.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There are almost too many teammates on our calls. It would be easier if one person managed the kickoff. Although it's minor, Brafton is trying to ensure everyone is on the same page, which isn't bad. We haven't seen great results from the advertising, but I don’t blame the team. The outcomes haven't met our marketing objectives.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I suggest working with the writer you like. If a teammate doesn't meet your style or technical needs, Brafton is very helpful. Don't think that could be the end because Brafton has a big team. Additionally, I recommend using their project management platform; it’s good and saves you from writing emails. You can view everything there, including the project's catalog, team, dates, and progress.

Brafton demonstrated exceptional project management skills, which were clearly evident in their world-class email communication and highly effective virtual meetings. Their ability to consistently deliver all assets and products on time, and often even ahead of schedule, was truly impressive. In addition, their responsiveness to feedback and ability to quickly make revisions, often within just a few days, was a testament to their dedication to delivering high-quality work.

Working with Brafton was always a pleasure, and this was largely due to the collaborative and team-oriented approach of the project managers, Alex and Julia. They made us feel like we were all working together toward a common goal, and their frequent check-ins and updates kept us informed and engaged throughout the project.

With regard to content writing, although we were always satisfied with the final result, we often noticed that there was still considerable editing that was required after the first drafts were handed over. I would perhaps suggest greater alignment prior to the first draft to mitigate the workload of later rounds of revisions.

Technical Website Audit - they ran a gold audit on my website and provided feedback to improve it. They delivered a complete audit report at the end. Content development - they research SEO words that will benefit us, they write up research briefs for review, then they provide copy, finally they deploy it to my blog section of my website.

Initially, Brafton was hired to help us with blogs and SEO strategies. They did all the research and guided us through which keywords were the best to target. Then, we expanded the scope of work because the engagement was going smoothly and was not time-consuming.

We've continued to see increased site traffic, which is our most important metric. We've also seen an increase in ranking for our targeted keywords — we went from the thirtieth place to the fifteenth. The goal with the e-book was to have visitors spend more time on our page and provide them with information via the videos. We ended up increasing the page view time from 30 seconds to four minutes.

Usually, we communicate via email. We also have biweekly meetings through Zoom with teammates involved in keyword research and content development. During those meetings, we also plan the content calendar and catch up on ongoing progress. Their team delivers quickly, and we rarely have to make changes.

Even though Brafton has never worked with asset management companies, they've been able to create professional content that utilizes our keywords. They're incredibly easy to work with. We have a small in-house team, and working with Brafton has really expanded our marketing abilities.
