Ira Bowman of Bowman Digital Media created our website, managed SEO optimization and wrote blogs for us to get us customers. We have a very small niche and it took Ira about 10 months to hone in on the correct key words to help market our company. This is due to our not having any idea about the correct keywords. 
We focus on Core Wounds and he finally figured out that is Childhood Trauma. He marketed to the key words we gave him.

There were higher numbers of people coming to the site and spending more time on the site. However, it took him the first ten months to get the proper key words to use for SEO.

Ira felt obsessed to get us clients as we didn't have any due to the small niche and the wrong key words. He did more work than perhaps someone else would have because he felt strongly about helping us to be successful. He went to great lengths to research correct key words and he wrote blogs for us. 
Eventually, he wrote two per month. He even advertised us on his own site. They're dedicated and hardworking people.

We had a small budget and for our budget we felt we got good service. He would have also done our social media posting if we had more money. We never had time to post social media despite his urging us to do it every month.

Additionally, tasks included the elevation of site positioning in Search Engines and relevant audit sites for Domain Authority and relevance.

The metrics set as success parameters were met and in some cases exceeded. Communication generally exceeded expectations and was delivered frequently and consistently. We will continue to utilize Bowman Digital Media and will recommend them highly.

As a startup and new brand, there are lots of moving parts at the same time. The primary goal is to move away from obscurity. Having a website was essential to start our brand awareness campaign. I hired BDM to design and develop our first website in 3 languages (English, Spanish and German).

A project manager was my main point of contact throughout the whole process. There was another team player working behind the scenes and, of course, Ira directly supporting me in case of any concern.

After launching our site, I was able to submit the corresponding paperwork for trademark registration and start the brand awareness campaign. The website is also crucial, as it is the link to the upcoming learning platform.

Communication was very easy. There was a spreadsheet which included each section of the website with my requirement (design, content, layout). As work progressed, sections were tagged for me to review or tagged by me as completed or still in progress. It was easy to see If there were requests, questions or comments addressed.

They gave us the face of Verbal Bridges. Verbal Bridges now exists on the internet. They were a very talented and flexible team. They were not only able to overcome technical challenges linked to the ongoing development of the learning platform, but to develop the site in 3 different languages. I kept a WOW count for each time they surprised me. In total, they gave me 36!!!

At the beginning, I didn't understand the dynamic of the spreadsheet, and I was asking for updates. Ira explained it to me and identified that instructions were not shared. Once I got it, the communication was very easy and clear.

From there, a plan was put in place to alleviate those gaps and homework was given to help us stay on track. The graphic design team jumped into action and created materials to share with our audience, further boosting our reach. After assessing results, the Owner decided that adding some videography to the mix would open some doors. He was right! Also, after infusing some SEO in the background via internal tools, Jobready2dey was rocking!

My website was created exceptionally quickly - in just a few days - in time to meet my deadline. I am extremely happy with it, and am getting lots of compliments on it. I will able to make small changes to it myself, but know that Ira is available for major updates when the time comes. And this was all done on a budget that was affordable to this small start up company.
