The project was about developing a chatbot, performing lead validation. Project consisted of such stages as requirements collection, designing, development, testing, and release. Using a chatbot, we managed to optimize the processes in our company, especially lead verification, as a result our team members freeing up a significant amount of time for other tasks.

Botsband created us the chatbot to automate the process of booking tables in the establishment. The chatbot keeps track of free tables and free time for reservations and allocates reservations accordingly, recording the information in a Google spreadsheet.

The function of reminding users about the reserved time and the possibility of canceling the reservation has also been implemented in order to quickly inform the managers of the bar. Besides, the ability to instantly receive requests from users in the admin group has been implemented.
