Rebrand our existing website, update content to ensure we branded and highlighted or strengths, add new branding theme, invest in our future messaging to deliver content with an impact, and ensure the visitors understand what we do and who we are. 

The deliverables were documented to include; page summary and deep dives into services, taking off pre-launch visits vs post-launch visits.Create monthly content updates, including letter from the CEO, blogs, freight updates for readers, etc. weekly meetings to review content and image prior to launch.

The entire journey with Bosio was exactly as proposed.They laid out easily followed requirements for all stakeholders prior to beginning the work, they kept all stakeholders on task and timeline. They requested more information when they did not fully understand what we were presenting for service offerings. They were also VERY professional throughout the entire engagement.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their ability to assist us with content management and clarity when we were not as specific as they would like when supplying content. Additionally, their ability to work with all levels of the organization to educate individuals with less Marketing knowledge than others to ensure they felt included in the entire process.

Are there any areas for improvement or something bosio.digital could have done differently?

Not that I can think of at this time, everything they proposed was deliver and the continued support after the sale is unique, they stay with you through the entire journey and pivot when markets change. Their approach is always nonconfrontational and educating rather than pushing.
