The scope of work focused on Meta ads strategy and execution. Key deliverables included:

• Audience Research – Conducted in-depth research to identify and define our target audience, ensuring our ads reached the right people. 
• Campaign Setup – Built and configured our Meta ad campaign from the ground up, handling all the technical setup.
• Ad Creative Ideation – Developed creative concepts and ideas for the ads to make them engaging and effective for our target audience. The results spoke for themselves — within a short period of time, we saw a noticeable increase in leads, demonstrating that the targeting and creative strategy were well-executed and on point.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The results were immediate and impactful. Within the first 24 hours of the campaign launching, we generated 7 leads — a clear sign that the audience targeting and ad creative were dialed in from the start. Beyond lead generation, we also saw measurable improvements across key performance metrics:

• Reach increased – Our ads were getting in front of more of the right people.
• Clicks went up – Engagement with our ads improved significantly. 
• Ad spend became more efficient – We were getting more results for our budget, lowering our overall cost per result.

Overall, the campaign demonstrated immediate progress and strong return on investment, validating the strategy and execution from day one.

Everything was delivered on time without any delays, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Communication throughout the project was excellent — responsive, clear, and professional.

What really stood out was the personal attention and flexibility. When I ran into a technical issue with my webcam, he went out of his way to adjust our virtual call setup to accommodate my needs without making it a big deal. That level of adaptability and client care is hard to find and truly made a difference.

Overall, he was easy to work with, attentive to our needs, and made sure nothing slipped through the cracks from start to finish.

I’m the owner and CEO of That’s Sew Austin, a fashion design company where we teach sewing.

What challenges were you trying to address with The Borrego Brothers?

Our sewing industry is very niche, and getting leads can be difficult, so I needed help creating an ad for my business.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The Borrego Brothers provides video production services for us. The team has started the process by giving us a presentation to explain the process and show the work they’ve done for other people. After that, we’ve decided to do a video commercial for Instagram and Facebook, including production, editing, shooting, and marketing. In addition, they’ve been helping me manage the leads I’m getting because they’re more than what I expected.

Regarding the video’s content, we’ve had conversations with them about our brand identity and what we do as a company. The team has held my hand throughout the process because this is the first experience we’ve had with advertising.

In terms of deliverables, they created one main video with different variations of it.

We’ve worked with two members of The Borrego Brothers, including Louis (Co-Founders).

I saw their online advertisement and figured that their ads apparently worked, so I decided to reach out to them. The Borrego Brothers’ team came to our studio, chatted with me, and showed their portfolio.

So far, we’ve spent around $5,000 with them.

We started working together in November 2023, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The Borrego Brothers’ work has resulted in 1,543 leads so far, demonstrating that they’ve been doing incredibly well.

How did The Borrego Brothers perform from a project management standpoint?

The Borrego Brothers’ has been meeting every deadline and keeping a very tight ship. In terms of communication, we use email and weekly phone calls.

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review? 

Louis did a great job.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The Borrego Brothers’ team is accommodating despite being very busy, exceeds our expectations, and is able to create successful ads for not even a product but a membership plan we’re offering.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on. If anything, the only thing is that I can’t handle so many leads they’re delivering. Maybe adding an additional lead management service on their side wouldn’t be the worst idea.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be prepared to process the leads. The Borrego Brothers will be successful with their work, so they’ll generate a lot of leads.
