I´m the CEO of B.IT Growing solutions. Our company is an IT consulting company.

We hired Boostmont because we needed web developers to work for us as partners in staff augmentation modality.

How did you select this agency and what were the deciding factors?

We selected Boostmont for their nearshore capabilities, fluency in Spanish and English and an excellent quality of development.

Since this was a Staff Augmentation contract, we induced the developers with our process and Project Managers and started working directly with our team. First we built the architecture of a website and then implemented the UX/UI and integration with other platforms.

We shared the JD for the positions. Boostmont presented several candidates and we had 2 interviews with them. The first was a technical interview to asses the development capabilities and secondly we had a cultural interview to assure that we were aligned with our values.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

We were able to work as a team for over a year, providing excellent results for our client. Their internal website is operational and since the implementation they reduced manual tasks significantly.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Since we are in similar timezones, the workflow was easy. We held the daily and weekly meetings with the rest of our team.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their ability to adapt to our needs and their proactive approach to propose new solutions. They went beyond their tasks and added so much value to the project.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The first developers they shortlisted for us had not as much experience as we desired, but they adapted quickly to propose new candidates that we ended up accepting.

We hired Boostmont to develop our website and ecommerce platform. They also asisted us with the UX/UI design. Our goals were to start selling online in addition to our phisical stores.

We were referred to Boostmont by a mutual acquaintance. The deciding factors were the confidence about past projects and reasonable pricing.

We had a kick-off meeting to define the project objectives and establish the MVP. From that moment on, we worked in agile methodologies to advance in the design of the architecture, usability, and susequent production of the eccommerce. Currently we are in the corrective/evolutionary period manteinance of the MVP to generate continuous improvements.

A project manager, 3 full stack developers, 1 UX/UI designer and 1 tester.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching our site we started selling online for the first time. Currently, we are implementing digital marketing campaigns focused on increasing traffic to our site.

I delegated this issue to my technologie manager who work as product owner of the site. We share weekly meetings to define goals and I participated in the monthly results meeting. Additionally, they were always in contact when they needed information from our side. Communication is fluid and smooth.

What impressed us the most about Boostmont was their ability to understand our requirements and adapt to changes. Additionally, they worked proactively proposing improvements based on their experience in similar projects.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The testing fase could be less extensive.
