We wanted to restructure our brand identity.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Bondroy redesigned our brand identity to position us better to fulfill our goals. First, they learned about our industry, client base, and vision. They went through multiple rounds of questions regarding the type of messaging we wanted to show customers. For example, they asked if we wanted to present ourselves as friendly or rigid and dove into the implications of each option to uncover the type of impact we aimed to leave. 

Then, they narrowed down a range of scenarios based on our answers until we reached a clear vision for our messaging and branding. The team proposed various branding solutions, which included different versions of our logo, color scheme, theme, and background. Once we chose the final logo and branding, they applied it to our corporate ID cards, paperwork, presentation templates, and website layout.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We haven’t launched the new branding yet, so we don’t have tangible results or metrics to share. However, Bondroy delivered a modern, futuristic brand identity that aligns with our vision. We’re very satisfied with the end result and plan to launch it this year.

How did Bondroy perform from a project management standpoint?

Bondroy balanced their creativity with a scientific, structured approach. They went above and beyond to understand our goals and ask questions before proposing solutions. I liked that every decision they made was purposeful; nothing was random.

Furthermore, they communicated perfectly. The team was responsive and available whenever we needed them. They responded to us instantly, despite the time difference. We had to shift deadlines and adjust timelines due to internal circumstances, but they were very flexible with us. 

Additionally, they consistently delivered on their commitments. They used Slack for internal communication and Google Sheets to track milestones and questionnaire responses. They typically communicated with us via email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Bondroy listened to our feedback and delivered professional, good-quality, and touching work. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I was satisfied with the engagement; the only thing they could work on is understanding different cultures.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be very clear and avoid sugarcoating. Bondroy is a professional partner who appreciates and implements feedback, so don’t be afraid to share your thoughts.

I’m the founder of an online recruitment provider. We help companies hire directly without having to use recruitment agencies.

What challenge were you trying to address with Bondroy?

We were looking to redevelop our platform, including the front- and backend. For this project, we needed someone to design the UI/UX.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Bondroy designed the UI/UX for our platform’s frontend using Figma and InVision. We requested for the design to be user-friendly.

What is the team composition?

We only worked with one person. 

How did you come to work with Bondroy?

We found them on Dribbble. I chose Bondroy because I liked their work and because they’d previously worked on a contracting system.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around $40,000–$50,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project lasted from February 2021–June 2022.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We were very happy with Bondroy’s work; they delivered everything on time. Additionally, we’ve had positive feedback from our customers regarding how the new platform looks and its ease of use. The team ticked all the boxes for what we were looking for. They were very good at translating my design ideas into reality. 

How did Bondroy perform from a project management standpoint?

They did very well when it came to project management; the team met all the targets and followed the brief. We used Jira and Confluence for project management. As for communication, we used Slack and Google Meet. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was impressed with Bondroy’s clean designs and ability to translate ideas into good design representations.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Not really; they were one of the best vendors I’ve ever worked with. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Work with Bondroy! They’re a great company and can deliver what you’re looking for on time and within budget.

I’m the CEO and Founder of EasyPartnering. We have been in the market for about three years now.

What challenge were you trying to address with Bondroy?

We sought the help of Bondroy to build an MVP platform for our customers.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Bondroy worked as a part of my team, and they helped me with the frontend development portion of the MVP product, which consisted of a web application with mobile and desktop versions. Although we had internal frontend developers, they didn’t have the knowledge of the technologies we wanted to use.

Our project had two main phases. Phase one was focused on the design process, which took about two months; we used Figma. Phase two was focused on the frontend development, for which they used Vue.js. After building the product, we interviewed our customers, and they requested some changes. Then, Bondroy fixed the issues.

What is the team composition?

We worked with two people from Bondroy: the designer and the frontend developer.

How did you come to work with Bondroy?

One of my colleagues had a chance to work with Bondroy’s designer and recommended them. We checked their portfolio and interviewed them. Based on their work and comparing it with other companies’ portfolios, we decided to go with them.

For us, it was important that their services covered design and frontend development. Additionally, I wanted to have a dedicated sub-team with whom I could work easily together. After evaluating Bondroy, I realized that I would be able to focus on my backend development team, and they would take ownership of design and frontend development.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent between $30,000–$50,000 on the entire project.

What is the status of the engagement?

We started our partnership in March 2021, and we ended the project by the end of August 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Since we launched the application in August, we’ve had some visits to the site, and the conversion rate has been good. Bondroy’s work was excellent because they had a very good experience in other projects, as well as great experience using the tools we needed.

How did Bondroy perform from a project management standpoint?

For this project, we worked in a Scrum model with 2–3-week sprints. They delivered everything in time, and they met our expectations with every goal we set.

Bondroy’s communication was great, and they were always in touch with us. We used Jira to track and manage the project, and we mostly communicated through Slack, Google Meet, and phone calls. Additionally, we had biweekly meetings for planning.

What did you find most impressive about Bondroy?

I liked that Bondroy could cover and take ownership of the entire frontend development and design work of my project. They were able to play a key role within my team, and they integrated with us seamlessly. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I expected a more proactive approach from Bondroy during the research phase. It would have been good if the designer had done more research and checked the concurrent solutions for us to choose the best approach.

Although I'm quite happy with the frontend development, I usually get feedback from other developers about things that could have been done better. However, this issue was not entirely their fault because we gave them a six-month timeline, so they decided to cut some corners. Still, I would’ve liked to have more communication from their team in that regard. 

Any advice for potential customers?

Ask them to perform proactive research on the market, focus on constant communication, and try to understand their technical decisions. Additionally, decide who will be in charge of the technical decision from the start.

We've tested with several customers, and all had a pleasant experience with the platform. Also the in house team members are now better understanding the full cycle of the project and the critical role of UI UX

Very effective, we had daily stand up meetings, weekly sprint designs, and quick one to one calls.

Everyone needs constant improvement, but nothing comes to mind that Bondroy could have done differently
