I’m the owner and CEO of Loyal Determined. We make online sales and write blogs about mental health, business, and relationships.

We don’t have any complaints. They’re excellent; that’s why we keep them around. We use Skype and emails to communicate.

They’re 12–13 hours behind us, so I’d wish we had them over here.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be patient with the language barrier. Their English is good, but sometimes the lag time on Zoom or Skype calls might be delaying it a second.
