Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

They are my digital marketing strategy team to execute optimizing my website, blog writing partner, SEO, SEM.  Pretty much the extension of my marketing team for all the things digital marketing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I had a digital partner before them that laid the groundwork of my SEO / SEM strategy.  That partner was focused on engagement and backlinking...but we would get weird requests.  It felt like we were almost there...but just not aligned on our goals.  I stayed with them for awhile and was patient...and just wasn't getting results.   Finally I asked around my network and Bluevine was the recommendation.  I met with them and shared what the strategy had been and they listen and then calibrated and the weird etsy project leads disappears and we now get excellent leads. I have always invested in digital marketing, but now I get results.  For every dollar I spend, we make at least $6 back.  And it is fully trackable.  Excellent strategy partner

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Always listening to what my questions are.  Always delivering on time.  Very responsive.  I have not felt at all like this is cookie cutter with my strategy here in the Las Vegas Market.   We have regular virtual calls and are emailing back and forth weekly.  I never feel like I am not connected to what they are working on.

What was your primary form of communication with BlueVine Digital Marketing Solutions?

• Virtual Meeting
• Email or Messaging App

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They care as much as I do about getting the strategy right.  And continuing to R&D the tools and process.  I love that.  That fits my style.  I am not a set it and forget about it.  Always learning.  Always optimizing.

Are there any areas for improvement or something BlueVine Digital Marketing Solutions could have done differently?

I've given them feedback and they have responded to me.  They are welcome to it and not defensive.  Strong working relationship.
