What challenge were you trying to address with Bluepes?

We needed to increase our team’s capacity and delivery of new products and features.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Bluepes has helped us implement new healthcare provider-facing products and features, including a new healthcare provider financing functionality. The team has quickly become an extreme owner of the product, always keeping the customer in mind and looking out for the best solution.

We’ve worked with around 12 teammates from Bluepes.

We found Bluepes through a referral and prior business relationship.

We’ve spent an undisclosed amount.

We started working together in 2020, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Bluepes has been involved in many projects, both delivered and ongoing. The team consistently shows that it delivers on the commitment of each sprint for multiple projects.

How did Bluepes perform from a project management standpoint?

Bluepes’ project management is highly communicative and responsive. The team is always willing to put in the time and practice ownership of the product. We communicate via daily Zoom meetings, emails, and Slack.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Each member of Bluepes is highly intelligent, relatable, and collaborative.

React app, api backend, sql procedures, reports, etc..  all measure in a ticketing tool like Jira, DevOps

They delivered our product as planned, hit every milestone based on the priorities and MVPs defined by our product owner , work done, no excuses, just solutions. Professional, responsive, and detail-obsessed, they met deadlines.   They fit into the team from day one, partners, not outsiders.

Recruitment of local producers, as well as yearly growth and revenue

Highly professional scrum and especially motivated and loyal team members. They got very well into the business logics of it and participated in business development.

We're impressed by the flexibility of their management, they coming up with suggestions not only with regards to software specifics, but also in business advices.
