We needed support with our company's rebranding and web development, with the project's goal of increasing sales and brand awareness.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We had an initial call with Blue Bee Web, where they reviewed our existing website, logo, and social media. The team returned with a branding proposal and advised us on strategies to get more leads and improve our presence. Blue Bee Web has created a written document with the proposal we've followed throughout the project.  

Blue Bee Web has created our company's complete rebranding and redesigned our logo. The team has also created a marketing strategy, redesigned our website, and developed it according to the marketing strategy they've created. Blue Bee Web manages social media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Alignable, and TikTok.

How did you come to work with Blue Bee Web?
I contacted Blue Bee Web through a referral. I interviewed different development companies and liked Blue Bee Web because their technical knowledge was better, and they were willing to go the extra mile.

We've spent around $100,000 on this project. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working with Blue Bee Web in August 2020, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Since partnering with Blue Bee Web, we have 3,000 new Instagram followers. Our social media engagement and Google inquiries have increased, too. We now have around 30–40 reviews on Google and were named the contractor of the year in 2020 by the platform Angi. Blue Bee Web has also helped us improve our rankings on Google, going from page 10 to the first. Blue Bee Web provides excellent outcomes, and their work quality exceeds our expectations. 

How did Blue Bee Web perform from a project management standpoint?

Blue Bee Web delivered work on time and on budget. We track the project's execution on a Google Sheets document, and the team provides monthly reports on the client's ranking on Google. The team is thorough and has a clean process. We communicate via email, phone calls, and Telegram.

Are there any areas they could improve?
I can't think of anything for Blue Bee Web to improve. Overall, they're doing a fantastic job. 

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

I recommend customers have their brand strategy created by Blue Bee We. Many materials come out from the brand strategy, and Blue Bee Web will design a specific website for your brand, which is a tool for improving your Google ranking. The team who designs your website must understand Google ranking and structure. I also recommend adding content to your website and updating it constantly since creating a website is not set up and forget it.

I’m the founder and CEO of a company that provides workout training and classes for children, pre-teens, and moms. I came up with this company during the COVID-19 pandemic, and I designed obstacle courses for kids ages 3–10 years old, boot camp training for pre-teens, and full-body workout classes for mothers.

I needed to create my company’s website to explain my business and professional background. I have a certification in education and a personal training license, and I wanted to communicate my experience and how the company started.

What was the scope of their involvement?

At first, I had a logo that targeted toddlers, and Blue Bee Web, Inc suggested redesigning it to target different age groups. Blue Bee Web, Inc proposed ideas, and I searched for my own. We combined our ideas to come up with the logo I have now. In the process, Blue Bee Web, Inc proposed different color schemes and logo structures for me to decide from.

After Blue Bee Web, Inc redesigned my logo, they created my website. I gave them all the information about my company, including the classes I provide, their benefits, and my professional background. I also provided photos and videos of my training sessions and facilities. Blue Bee Web, Inc structured the website, and we wrote the site copy together.

The site includes my contact information, links to my social media platforms, and the waiver I use in my policy.

I worked with Valentin (CEO) and his partner, who developed the website.

My husband referred them to me. Blue Bee Web, Inc developed his company’s website as well.

We worked together in December 2022. Blue Bee Web, Inc gave me the website’s rights, and they’ll continue to assist me with future updates.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

As soon as we launched the website, I received many positive comments on my social media. Whenever I send my website to potential customers, they’re impressed by how it looks and ask me for Blue Bee Web, Inc’s contact information. Overall, I’ve received a lot of positive feedback.

The site looks beautiful and expresses exactly what I do. Moreover, my new logo looks more professional and attractive than the previous one.

Blue Bee Web, Inc stayed on budget and met deadlines. We communicated through Telegram, they were responsive and attentive throughout the process, and we worked smoothly.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What impressed me the most about Blue Bee Web, Inc is that they’re very pleasant to work with. They really worked with us and proposed great ideas — we worked well together. Overall, Blue Bee Web, Inc was truthful and genuine with their work; they didn’t try to do things a certain way just to charge us more.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything for Blue Bee Web, Inc to improve — everything was perfect.

I recommend potential customers not expect Blue Bee Web, Inc to do all the work. You need to get involved as a client and provide complete information. They’ll do their research, but you have to collaborate and make an effort to get the desired outcome.

We had a simple landing page that I put up earlier in the spring, but we needed to create a full-blown website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Blue Bee Web has built our website from scratch. We had an older site, so they pulled up some information from there. One of the key features is enhanced SEO. They’ve spent considerable time going in-depth into our services and some of our clients to get the details. We’re still making some minor edits, but the site is almost finished. Additionally, they’ll offer maintenance once we’re done.

We’ve worked with three people: Vlad (CEO), a copywriter, and someone on the blog.

How did you come to work with Blue Bee Web, Inc?

I was in Moldova in spring on a relief trip for Ukrainian refugees. I met Vlad at a church; he was also doing some work in the space. We started to talk, and he gave me his information. I looked at Blue Bee Web’s website and thought they had a high level of expertise, so I decided to give them our business instead of somebody in the US.

We’ve spent between $1,500–$1,700.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in June 2022, and our relationship is ongoing.

We haven’t launched it yet, but we’ve been happy with their service.

How did Blue Bee Web, Inc perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve done an excellent job. In general, it’s easy to communicate with them, and they’re flexible and timely. We predominantly communicate through emails, but we also had weekly Zoom calls at the height of the project. Additionally, we use Google Docs to share files. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’re happy with their copywriting and creative design. Overall, we’re satisfied with their delivery; the team has met all our expectations.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They’re still pretty small, so adding capabilities could help them.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I’d highly recommend them to anybody. My advice is to set a consistent schedule for meetings because communication is always helpful. You can know the project's status at all times, and they can share what they need to finish their work or provide feedback for any needs you might have. In our case, the frequency of communication has made the project go at a good pace.

I am the CEO of an automotive software company. We primarily work on automotive computers, including things like engine control modules and transmission control modules.

What challenge were you trying to address with Blue Bee WEB, Inc?

The original project was digital marketing, and then after we realized that they were doing a good job, we asked them for a couple more options, like improving our website, logo, design, and e-commerce capabilities.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Digital marketing-wise, they support us on Facebook and Instagram and manage our Google campaigns. We have 10 different campaigns for each brand that we work with.

On the web side, they built our website on a WordPress CMS and implemented custom e-commerce functionality, unique both in the design and the technology itself, with custom plugins. In terms of a CRM system, we use Trello as a dashboard to keep track of our entire sales workflow, including channels like eBay sales and local sales. Blue Bee WEB, Inc. was able to connect these channels using an AI that they built to centralize the system, keeping everything in one place.

What is the team composition?

I’ve worked with around 4–5 people on this project, though I mostly communicate with the owner, who maintains everyone else on his end, including the rest of the team — primarily developers and digital advertising resources.

How did you come to work with Blue Bee WEB, Inc?

A friend of mine recommended them to me about four years ago, but we didn’t use them right away.

How much have you invested in them?

We have invested around $300,000–$350,000 USD.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project began in 2017, and the project is still ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

As soon as we started working with them, things changed tremendously, and we are 100% happy with them. The entire e-commerce site was built from scratch because what we had before didn’t work well for us. Three years ago, our monthly sales were not even $10,000, and since we started working with them, they’ve been growing exponentially. Now, we’re able to generate at least $50,000 a month thanks to their marketing and the things they’ve changed.

We struggled before this sales pipeline centralization because our workflow wasn’t optimized well. Now, the whole process of speaking with a client, signing them up in our system, and setting them up with an account takes 30 seconds, whereas it took 30 minutes beforehand.

How did Blue Bee WEB, Inc perform from a project management standpoint?

They use Trello for tracking things and they actually switched us to Trello which helped a lot. They are super easy to communicate and deal with — honestly speaking, I have never had a better experience in my life.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their professionalism stands out. When they say something or advise us on certain things that need to be changed, their suggestions work all the time.

I am not willing to switch to anyone else. Before Blue Bee WEB, Inc, we’d tried 5–6 different companies, and we couldn’t deal with them for more than four months because they couldn’t do the marketing correctly. We had been spending money left and right for nothing. Since we found Blue Blee WEB, however, things changed so much. I don’t even think it is possible to do any better than what they are doing in this domain.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Unless they could generate more leads, then, no. We’re trying to generate more leads all the time, but I honestly don’t know what could be better than they’re doing now.

Whatever they say will work.
