Close management led by the lead partner, developing a strong professonal and personal relationship in time. Extremely responsive and punctual. Timelines with key milestones that were consistently met. Except in rare circumstances, always available to speak within a reasonable period of time (often immediately) without any prior notice. Weekly team calls. The team is highly organized and proactive with deadlines, often delivering ahead of schedule. Their project management is excellent, ensuring smooth execution of complex campaigns across multiple channels

The team is highly skilled and personally commited to our success. Despite times when our list of needs grew quickly with competing deadlines, the team never expressed (to us) a feeling of being overburdened, instead organizing, priortizing (with us), and closely managing each project. As a startup in a new space, we invited the team to learn together with us, as they shared offering strategic insights and were always ready and willing to test, learn, test more, learn more, etc. The lead partner never shied away from appropriately questioning us on our thinking, as together we would often pivot to a place the data led us, yet one that remained aligned with our brand values.

Beyond their professional excellence, they've become true partners in our mission. The team's genuine passion for our brand, combined with their growing expertise and responsiveness, makes them an invaluable extension of our team.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Bloom Consulting Group could have done differently?

The relationship has grown and improved over time (as hoped and expected), as did the team surrounding our lead. The team grew not only in number but also in skill level and responsiveness. For example, the designer brought on in the past year is one of the most talented I've worked with in my many-year career, and the lead project manager is organized and responsive. More so, the relationship with the lead partner has grown into a professional and personal friendship, as he has a shown not only great concern for the growth of the business but a passion for our mission. He's become a true partner.
