The team that worked on the development of the backend and frontend demonstrated not only a high level of technical professionalism, but also flexibility and the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the project. The robust architecture of the backend efficiently handles all the required functionality, while the aesthetic and intuitive frontend makes the site easy to use.

The cooperation was effective and smooth, which definitely translates into a positive assessment of the services provided. Main goal was to implement a backend solution that will interact with GameSwift blockchain. Blocklabs was working with us in a team extension model.

The task of BlockLabs was to prepare and create the NFT smart contract with dynamic metadata for a Collection launch on Magic Eden and to create a web application that grants access to the demo version of Alaska Gold Rush game only to holders of NFT collection tokens. Both goals were achieved in a specified period of the time.

Generating 5000 followers on Twitter. Building active community with more than 30 000 unique users on testnet. More than 100 000 on-chain transactions during public beta.

For almost 15 years, we have been manufacturing technological products and managing our own, as well as entrusted, funds for products accomplishments. We offer the knowledge and experience of our team in the form of business consulting services, usually accompanied in a "package" with a technology.

The product we were working on was a DeFi platform, where together with BlockLabs we created a private blockchain infrastructure utilising smart contracts and DeFi protocols based on liquidity pools.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We came across BlockLabs during research phase of the project when BlockLabs provided consulting services for our mutual client. Based on our 15 years of experience in cooperation with multiple companies and vendors, as well as the value of services BlockLabs provided us during the consulting phase, We‘ve came to realize that the further cooperation will be a perfect fit taking into consideration the goal of the project.

We had a kick-off meeting where we specified the project deliverables. The team provided expertise on possibilities and limitations of private blockchain network, smart contracts applications in regard to our project goals. After specifying the scope of the project our team started working with BlockLabs in one-week sprints where both parties managed to effectively deliver and integrate implemented modules.

We worked with the BlockLabs team project manager during iterative planning phases as well as one developer and one devops engineer which we cooperated on a daily basis.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The measure outcome was to deliver a functional private blockchain network and smart contracts allowing us to integrate it in the platform and finalize the first phase (MVP) of the project. The outcome met the expectations of end client and is being continued to this point.

Due to very tight deadlines, our cooperation needed a very agile and efficient approach approach to limit points where time would be wasted. The development took place in one-week sprints with one summary / and planning at the beginning of each sprint. This allowed us to have full flexibility as well as efficiently develop defined working packages.

BlockLabs team was very flexible and was able to adapt to our efficiency management style from day one of the cooperation. In addition, we found very impressive the respect of tight deadlines which in some cases required extra late hours spent by both teams to meet the desired outcome.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The experience level and maturity of their team allowed us to mutually improve and iterate our management style as well as developer cooperation through the project sprints. All in all, we’ve managed to receive the great cooperation experience.
