We decided to launch a new direction. We needed to develop a GUI desktop solution. The main requirement was a convenient user interface, so that even not the most trained specialist could enter the parameters of the required product and get the finished result.

The project consisted of 3 stages. During the business analysis stage, the development team clarified the requirements and decomposed the tasks. Then was the stage of developing a GUI desktop solution based on the decomposed tasks. After that, a user testing was carried out and a bug fix, based on its results. Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7.2, WinForms, DevExpress, and Nevron were the technologies used.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have received a custom application where our user can select the necessary figure from the existing set of templates or set the parameters of the desired product and get the finished product. At the moment, the project has not been completed yet, BlitzBrain specialists are improving the product.

The project included small iterations and intermediate MVP, where we were shown the result.

It was important for us to hire a team that could develop high-quality software and meets our deadlines. Therefore, we took the recommendation of another IT company to select this vendor. They came in with a very high recommendation.

Our patented cloud-first Recommendation Engine uses advanced NLP and machine learning to enable continuous learning from content, discussions, case management, and product development systems. The specialists helped us with both the front-end and back-end, using technologies such as Python, FastAPI, React, and NextJs.

Four people from BlitzBrain worked with us: a PM and 3 developers. At first, we had 2 developers, but due to the scope of the project, we needed another specialist.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Without the help of BlitzBrain, we could not have launched the first version of the analytics product targeting our initial set of customers. Subsequently, the self-serve version was launched for the broader market with their help.

We were in constant communication and received reports 2 times a week. We used Slack and email for communication, ClickUp for project management, and GitHub for source control.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The specialists were passionate about the project, were well-versed in the tools, and provided timely reports on the work done. It was very easy to work with the specialists. They were collaborative and also demonstrated strong ownership which earned the trust of our engineering team.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I can't think of anything to improve. I highly recommend working with BlitzBrain.

While working with clients, we used version 8 of Odoo CRM. Still, we spent a lot of time processing and transferring incoming messages from potential customers to the CRM system. The existing functionality did not allow integration with mail, and we wanted to automate as much things as possible and reduce the labor costs of our specialists, making the work transparent.

We could not solve our problem on our own, because we didn't have the needed specialists on board. We decided to look for a contractor on the official website of Odoo, where the official partners were listed. Among other companies, we found BlitzBrain specialists who met all our requirements, so we started our cooperation.

The specialists clarified and evaluated the requirements for further work with Odoo. It was proposed to switch to the latest version, which was already finalized and tested. The next step was the demonstration of the results. While working with the new functionality on our end, BlitzBrain employees provided high-quality information support.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching a new version of Odoo I'd like to admit that our specialists spend less time keeping the CRM system up-to-date. We are handling all email correspondence directly through CRM, so there is no need to transfer customer information there. The work of employees has become more transparent to me thanks to their work.

The project’s goal was to develop one of the HR software modules for our product. Particularly, the module, which is responsible for posting vacancies within a company. In addition, we wanted this solution to be architecturally similar to existing modules.

We always received quick feedback from Blitzbrain. The project was completed in 6 months, strictly on time. We are continuing to work with them on new joint projects.

We organized the work following Agile methodologies. We communicated via MS teams. They synchronized with our team and optimized the work so that we received project status every day. The solution was delivered according to our requirements, and the module was released in 6 months, under the timeframe they estimated at the beginning of the project.

Blitzbrain did a good job of quickly coming up to speed on our tech stack and making project deliverables.
