BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

We are one of the fastest-growing transportation companies in Poland. As part of the Polish transportation, logistics, and shipping sector, we manage the transportation process throughout Poland and the European market. I am the head of the business operations department and responsible for managing vendor relationship, such as that with Bling SH.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Bling SH?

Our primary focus is transportation, not web application development, so we had insufficient and inexperienced in-house resources. There was a significant need to deliver an IT platform that allowed transportation company owners access to real-time information regarding their fleets.  

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to develop a web platform that would meet both our needs and those of our transportation clients for fleet tracking and management.

After we received some recommendations and positive reviews about working with them, we decided to give them a try.

Can you go into detail about the services they provided and the scope of the project?

We provided guidelines for the system and functionalities and collaborated with them on the system design; they completed the design, end-to-end development, and testing.  

What was the team composition?

We were not involved with assembling their team.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Helpful in managing and monitoring the transportation process, Bling SH’s system has generated an increased interest in our company and facilitates better working operations for carriers who use it on a daily basis.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

They were always there to help us, responding quickly to issues that required clarification. Our communication via email and phone was flexible and professional. 

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The project was demanding with a heavy focus on functionalities, but they handled it perfectly, offering beneficial suggestions throughout the process. We were impressed not only by their use of the latest technologies and solutions but by the value they placed on delivering high-quality work; they allowed no room for negligence.  

Are there any areas where they can improve?

We have no complaints regarding the way they work or the services they offer. Everything was delivered on time and met our expectations.
