Blinc Design has been working with us for around three years on the design, development, and optimization of our e-commerce store. Their work included improving the overall store design, optimizing the user experience, and ensuring the website performs smoothly for customers.

They also worked on technical improvements such as increasing the website speed, optimizing performance, and implementing SEO improvements to help the store perform better online. In addition, they assisted with ongoing updates, troubleshooting, and general optimization to keep the store running efficiently.

Overall, their role has been to continuously maintain and improve our online store to ensure it remains fast, stable, and optimized for both customers and search engines.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Blinc could have done differently?

One small area that could make the experience even better is having a more consistent point of contact on the development side. They have a diverse and capable team, but for our workflow, having a more limited and consistent dev allocation would have made coordination even smoother. That said, the overall experience was still very positive.
