 Blaster was brought on to lead the end-to-end UI/UX design for our AI recruiting platform, Talios. Their scope included creating high-fidelity Figma designs for our web-based candidate ranking tool, landing page, and supporting user flows. This covered everything from wireframes and design system components to responsive layouts and visual assets. They translated complex AI functionality into an intuitive, recruiter-friendly interface with a clean and modern aesthetic — aligned perfectly with our brand goals.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The designs delivered by Blaster played a key role in accelerating our product development timeline. Within weeks of completing the Figma files, we were able to move into front-end implementation with minimal iteration. Stakeholder feedback was overwhelmingly positive — especially around the clarity of the candidate ranking interface and recruiter workflows

Additionally, the new UI - we feel, will definitely have a impact on demand and interest in comparioson of the original version which addressed many limitations and brought to light enhancements per client feedback

The new design of the internal web portal was delivered to full satisfaction, meeting all the requirements established by the company. To provide greater creativity, they were very dependent on the inputs we gave them. The definition of copy was more heavily weighted towards the client than the supplier.
