bladestack.io provides advisory services to get us into the federal marketplace and helps us with FedRAMP certification procedures. They also assist us with many controls we need to address and document faster. Moreover, bladestack.io's team handles our conversations with our 3PAO, GSAPMO, and ATO.

We've also engaged with them to help us expeditiously increase our maturity level for the FedRAMP certification program without compromising corporate integrity, governance and compliance, and controls. In addition, they provide continuous improvement and guidance throughout the process.

I work directly with their leadership team, and my staff works with their internal group.

I knew bladestack.io's founders from previous experiences.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in June 2021. and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

bladestack.io has continued success in meeting the requirements for our AO organization and satisfying several governing audits that we do annually. Overall, my team is comfortable and happy with their services.

How did bladestack.io perform from a project management standpoint?

bladestack.io is great with project management. They're very uptight when it comes to deliverables and milestones. They also do status reporting every week. Regarding tools and communication, we use phone calls, text messages, email, and Slack.

What did you find most impressive about them?

bladestack.io's senior leadership is extremely knowledgeable. They're astute about the details we require to make any program successful. They also guide us through any murky waters we might have in our cybersecurity program.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don't think there's anything they can improve on because we have a great collaborative relationship.

You need to know what you're doing; otherwise, their advice won't help you, and you'll waste time. Don't look at them as executors but rather as advisors.
