Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We are working closely with Haydn to create and execute a video content strategy for the personal brand of Dr Helen Webberley. Haydn has developed a ten video strategy which covers a variety of topics with the aim of taking the audience on a journey through Dr Webberley's past experiences, future hopes and dreams and the current workings of GenderGP and her personal life. 

There has also been post production work required in creating a corporate recruitment video and enhancing webinars and training sessions previously delivered online to repurpose for future use.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The measurable outcomes from this project are the videos created, based upon the video strategy developed by Haydn (Black Swan Productions).

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Haydn and his team have delivered all work to date within an extremely timely manner, often turning projects round at short notice and always at exceptional quality. Communication is always great via all methods and Haydn has become an extension of our internal team through his passion, enthusiasm and commitment to our projects.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Black Swan Productions provide end to end high quality, the level of service provided is unlike any we have received by similar companies/competitors or across other industry sectors. Nothing is ever to big or small for Haydn to assist us with and he has shown unwavering passion and commitment to our projects and wider mission. 

Finding a company who are onboard with our mission and understand our goals is one thing, but finding a company who will run with us all the way to the finish line is another - and here we have it!

Are there any areas for improvement or something Black Swan Productions Ltd could have done differently?

During our time working with Black Swan Productions to date, I can't identify any areas for improvement and we have been extremely happy with the outputs and service received on every occasion.
