Mobile Application – Drivers Drivers will have the following features & functionalities available to them on their interface:

• SPLASH SCREEN The application will start with an appealing and interactive splash screen. A mobile splash screen is an image or animation that appears when a mobile app is launched. The purpose is to reinforce branding, make a good first impression, and orient users to the app's features. A well-designed splash screen can enhance the user experience.
• SIGN UP After the splash screen, drivers will be re-directed to the Sign-Up or Sign-In screen from where they may opt to Sign-Up. Doing so will re-direct them to the Sign-Up screen of the application. Drivers will be able to Sign-Up into the application via a simple Sign-Up form, which will comprise of fields such as:

1. First & Last Name
2. Email Address
3. Phone Number
4. Password (with See Password feature) Upon submission of the Sign-Up form, the driver will receive a confirmation email for their reference.

NOTE: The application will be integrated with the Passbase API for the background verification of the drivers; once verified, then they’ll be get registered on the application. The client has to provide the API & bear its charges.

• SIGN IN Drivers who have registered using the Sign-Up form will Sign-In into their account by providing their Email Address and Password. Sign-Up/Sign-In is necessary to use the application. Furthermore, the application will also have the Forgot Password functionality allowing the drivers to reset their password directly from the application.
• MOBILE APPLICATION – Drivers MAIN SCREEN The main screen will be displayed after the splash screen, or if the drivers are not already signed in, then it will be displayed to them after they sign in on the application. On the main screen, drivers will be displayed with the instructions related to eligibility criteria for recruitment and the documents which they’ve to upload. The main screen of the application will also comprise of options redirecting the drivers to the following sections of the application:

1. Documentation
2. My Documentation
3. My Account
4. Static Content

• DOCUMENTATION In this section, drivers will be able to submit documentation to the Super Administrator in order to maintain their profile and help build a database. Users would have to fill in the required details, attach/upload their documents, and submit them to the administrator. Document expiration is also going to be implemented within the application, the feature would allow users and the administrator to be notified when a document is about to run out of date. Multiple notifications can be sent out based on metrics defined during development (i.e: 30 Days, 14 Days, 7 Days, Last Day).

NOTE: The application will be integrated with a document scanner API which will allow users to scan documents and upload them as PDF files within the application. Cost to be borne by the client.

• MY DOCUMENTATION In this section, users will be able to view the submitted documentation and make changes to the files (i.e: Replace, Remove, Upload etc.). Note: Complete submission of all documents is not necessary for the user’s information to be recorded on the database. Documents may be uploaded at a later date as well.
• MOBILE APPLICATION – Drivers IN-APP CHAT Users will be able to communicate with each other and prospecting recruiters within the application using the built-in chat functionality. In addition to chatting, users would be able to share attachments as well.
• CONNECTIONS The application will include a connections feature which allows users to connect with each other in order to build their network. Users would also be able to connect with carriers (recruiters) where they can apply for posted jobs and openings.
• MY ACCOUNT Drivers will be able to view and manage their accounts. Their account will comprise of the following:

• MOBILE APPLICATION – Drivers NOTIFICATIONS This feature will allow the drivers to get notifications from the application about the application's important events. A Third-Party service may be required to achieve the push notifications functionality.
• STATIC CONTENT The application will include a dedicated section to display the static content within the application, such as the About, FAQs, Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, Social Media Links, etc.
