We wanted to build a base system, including registration, login, embedded charts with campaign statistics, and integration with the APIs. React.js, Node.js, and MySQL were used.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• The result was a platform meeting our expectations and allowing our clients to be involved in the ad process. Such an approach will increase lifetime value (LTV).

We worked with one developer and one project manager. Yes, they delivered the project on-time and met all the project requirements. We communicated in Slack mainly. Also, we had calls in Google meet from time to time.

Flexibility and problem-solving were two of Bit Adventure's greatest strengths. Bit Adventure team is open-minded and always adjusts based on feedback.

Nothing specific. Maybe development might be a bit faster.

Our company is focused on providing digital solutions for Retail outlets in North America. I am the Managing Director for the company.

For what projects/services did your company hire Bit Adventure, and what were your goals?

We hired Bit Adventure to build out the base app for our cloud service. The desire was to find a team that could do something very basic so that we could see if we desired to have a longer relationship with them along with building out the base of our app.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

The price and experience. They were very gracious in providing an low entry level cost for this first project and we expect that things will normalize as we move forward. They also followed directions and presented themselves as very professional asking the kinds of questions a normal development team would ask. This is essential in preventing miscommunication.

The scope of work was a bare bones 8 page site which included a landing page. The landing page template and styling was provided along with details as to the tech stack. The stack was built with Vue, Uikit, Stripe integration, ExpressJs for backend, and ArrangoDB (for the storage).

We worked directly with one of Bit Adventure's project managers. He was clear and easy to work with. Also was able to convey my thoughts and questions back to the other team.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

It was mainly a list of key features to complete for the project. Completion of those tasks meant completion of the project.

Communication was done through the Upwork platform and through the Notion task management project tool. Again. the project was not that complex to warrant an excessive timeline or heavy task management. For what we had the team was able to deliver about 3 days before the due date for review.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The ease of collaboration. Communication was also efficient because they were able to provide questions about developers' needs and perspectives. Our previous team was not like this and so the experience was very much like hand holding. This was not it.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing really. The project was pretty basic and so it was pretty easy to gauge the progress.

I am the founder of a film and digital production company based in London.

For what projects/services did your company hire Bit Adventure, and what were your goals?

Our client had a revolutionary idea to provide training to construction operatives remotely through online training that was trackable by site managers. The web app has to be reliable and simple to use so that anyone, without training on how to use it, could sign in and complete their mandatory documents before arriving on-site.

We've worked with bit Adventure for years because they seek to understand the underlying objectives, not just blindly build something. They improve the functionality and user experience by questioning and improving the features we need.

We had several meetings to discuss requirements and set up a Slack channel to quickly chat about ideas. Bit Adventure created a scoping document we could use to look at features and understand better how they work as a whole. After agreeing on an MVP, we supplied the front end in Vue.JS and Bit Adventure set up the DevOps, Backend, and integration using Node.js.

We are using many external APIs that required research and implementation into the wider app which we looked at together and agreed on. After our MVP we moved to weekly release cycles on bugs and new features as the app evolces.

Yura was our project manager and Pavel built most of the functionality.

We managed to build a super flexible application that adapts to our customer and their customers in turn. It's easy to use, reliable and allows us to use it in different ways for more possibilities.

We chat on Slack to keep up to date and have frequent online video calls. We have a shared Jira account for sprints and we sue Asana with the end customer for extra visibility.

The focus and ambition on the success of the project, not just how, when and what, but why. Bit Adventure is invested in our success, customers, and projects.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We had a few minor issues stemming from external API's we couldn't control. I think in hindsight we could have chosen differently if we knew more but they have fully supported and adapted to our choice.

I have searched and chose them on upwork.com from several respondents as a fit company for my website front end development.

They have been asked for cross-connection of Drupal 9 JSON APIs with VUE.js bought template with specific design requirements. Technologies which have been used: JSON API, Drupal 9, VUE.js, Bootstrap, GIT, PHP, HTML.

Not for now because application will not be provided to our clients because there have to be completed further phases of the project.

It is difficult to write something here because our cooperation is quite short. Communication was as has been expected.

Testing of applications should be deeper and timeframe for development shorter.

We needed a development partner to create an MVP of our product. The scope was design, UI/UX, development, and launching a live version.

They were recommended to me by a friend who had a partnership with Bit Adventure. I met with the Bit Adventure team, talked about our potential collaboration, and started our collaboration. Bit Adventure has a lot of experience in bringing new products to market. So I think it was a deciding factor.

Bit Adventure developed a system for serving guests contactless. The system consists of three parts: back-office for restaurants’/cafes’/bars’ management and staff, application for waiters to process orders and guests’ requests, and mobile app for guests to order and pay through it. The design work was done by Bit Adventure’s partner.

As for project stages, we had an idea only at the beginning. Bit Adventure guided us through the whole way from a concept to MVP and even beyond, to our first clients. I love this in the Bit Adventure: they are not just delivering but asking the right questions and resolving problems.

We were assigned a project manager, 4 developers, and a QA engineer. They did an impressive job of delivering a high-quality product under tight deadlines.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Bit Adventure provided an MVP that brought us our first clients. We had a beautiful design and high-quality product. Once we get our first clients that catch the eye of venture investors, we are off to the races to get investments for scaling our business. Without Bit Adventure, we wouldn’t get so far.

Their team follows an excellent process for moving a project from an idea to a finished product. Before each sprint, we had planning sessions to ensure that we were all on the same page and understood the scope of work well. At the end of each sprint, we had a demo. As they’re super organized, we saw business value delivered after each two weeks sprint. We used Jira, Slack, and video calls mainly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Bit Adventure had communication and development processes. They were goal-oriented and solid problem solvers.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, they did everything well. Bit Adventure is an outstanding team. I definitely recommend them.
