Everything is on time, and they're responsive when we have some questions — working with them is straightforward. Also, we have a good communication flow with the managers.

Regarding tools, they have a planner and a to-do list on Trello, where they post every task. For communication, we mainly use Zoom and emails.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They can handle different tasks because they have many skilled developers and their head of IT is very experienced.

They can give some advice for our reports and our data basis.

Our marketing team needed a specialized professional, with analytical skills, SQL query development skills and experience with SalesForce Marketing Cloud and a business operations accounting program to set up marketing promo with further analysis. First of all, we wanted to get a person to our team who shares our values, is able to develop and solve various problems, sometimes the tasks are more qualified and creative. BIOS provided such a resurrection with which we developed analytical reporting in the company together

BIOS offered support for the Power BI corporate analytics project, and we were just looking for a specialist in the marketing department with analytics knowledge.

The task was to develop individual components for the report, because the standard did not solve the problem of presentation presentation of information. Although we have already fully implemented business analytics, we have not been engaged in the components development yet. The designer developed the design of the report, how it was supposed to look and BIOS developed components that looked exactly like in design

By agreement, BIOS can post an example of a dashboard and video of how it works on its platforms, such as a site, or freelance platforms, YouTube or social networks.

We handed over the design of the dashboard to BIOS, they estimated the timing and did it without delay. It was pleasant to work when both time and quality met expectations.

BIOS have competencies that go beyond its tasks, thanks to which it is recommended how to make a result with a greater effect
