Two key jobs have been completed for us:
First job: A continuous deployment (CI/CD) environment was implemented on AWS, using Terraform, S3 and CloudFormation. This has allowed us to significantly improve processes with the development team and optimize production environments, facilitating the transition through the different environments: development, QA and production.

Second job: A thorough review of our AWS root account was carried out, covering aspects of security, user management, permissions and solution design. As a result, schemes and improvements were generated that strengthen security and provide notifications, allowing us to maintain more effective control of the account in areas such as security, budget and resource utilization.

The results obtained in the first project reduced billing costs and deployment times for applications, as well as avoiding server maintenance.

The second project led to better control of billing costs with an effective reduction of more than 15%.
