The scope of work covers the design, development, integration, and continuous improvement of Investisseur Privé’s digital wealth management platform. Key deliverables include end-to-end digital investment journeys for subscription and ongoing operations such as additional and recurring investments, fund reallocations, management strategy changes, and partial withdrawals. The platform also integrates KYC and suitability processes, electronic signatures, document generation, regulatory requirements, and APIs with insurance and financial partners. Additional deliverables include client portfolio management, investment product integration, data synchronization, automated controls, and continuous improvements to platform performance, security, and user experience.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project delivered fully digital end-to-end investment journeys, significantly reducing manual processing and improving operational efficiency. Key outcomes include the digitalization of subscription and portfolio operations, automated KYC and compliance controls, electronic document generation and signature, and direct API integration with insurance partners. These improvements reduced processing times and operational errors, increased automation, and provided clients with a faster and more seamless investment experience.

The project was managed through a structured and agile approach, with clear priorities, regular communication, and close collaboration between product, technical, and business teams. The aim of this project is to develop a mobile application for rural households in Montenegro, which will help users to more easily find accommodation and activities available in rural areas. The application will support multilingualism (6 foreign languages), and CMS will be available for entering new households. 

The application will contain information about 239 registered rural households, as well as new households that are registered during the year. It is necessary to create a website for the promotion of mobile applications that will serve to promote rural households in Montenegro. 

The website will contain basic information about the project, terms of use of the application, privacy policy, contact page, as well as links to download the app from the App Store and Play Store. Come up with an attractive and recognizable name of a mobile application that will promote rural households in Montenegro, as well as design a logo that will showcase traditional elements of rural life. 

The name of the mobile application should be simple, memorable and related to the concept of rural households and tourism. The logo should represent nature, country products and traditional elements of rural life.

After launching our website we had working backend and we are able to manage the administration of the registered organisations more easily.

From the very beginning, the cooperation with Bildstudio was excellent. I’m the CTO of Funzi. We provide digital learning services to the developing world via lightweight mobile web apps.

What challenge were you trying to address with Bild Studio?

When I came in, our company had an existing web app that we needed to completely change in order to support our new business model. We were changing from B2B to B2C, and at the time, we had no in-house development team. We needed a company that could relaunch our product along with our new business model.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

The initial project involved making major changes to and relaunching our web app product to accommodate our new business model. The major tools that we used were Node.js, MongoDB, and Contentful.

We have successfully relaunched the product last year, but we are still continuing to work with Bild Studio on a day-to-day basis on the same product.

What is the team composition?

On average, we work with three full-time resources and two part-time resources from Bild Studio.

How did you come to work with Bild Studio?

I came across Bild Studio through a freelancing platform. I had been talking to a number of companies that do a similar type of work, but the thing that really convinced me to work with Bild Studio was that they asked the right questions — they asked everything that they needed to ask in order to give us a good estimate of the work, and that made me comfortable that they were a good fit for us.

Our average spend is around €14,000 (Approximately $15,000 USD) per month. Over the course of 18 months, I’d say we’ve spent a little over €200,000 (Approximately $219,000 USD).

We started working together in September 2020, and the engagement is ongoing.

We now have hundreds of thousands of users per month, and the web app boasts fifteen millisecond response times.

Bild Studio has performed excellently in terms of project management.

We primarily communicate through Slack.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Bild Studio did their due diligence in terms of trying to understand what we wanted to build before they agreed to do the project and gave us an estimate.

I’ve encountered a lot of companies, especially in the outsourcing space, that were not very transparent about their ability to perfectly execute the project. This has never been the case with Bild Studio — they asked questions that made me feel like they truly understood what the task and challenges were going to be.

I think it's important to understand whether you want Bild Studio to handle project management for you or you want to do that internally.

Completely redesigned web follow the UX DTs standards for over 800 existing pages. A new e-Sales catalog has been developed. The catalog relies on data in existing backend systems, with the ability to define automated rules necessary for the sale and presentation of products via digital channels. Inventory and price management is fully automated. An interface with the ordering system has been built in order to automate the process of E2E as much as possible. For the first time, we are introducing a single user account for all digital channels of Crnogorski Telekom

More than 30 employees of CT worked on this project. We were devide by groups and each gorup was responsible for each part of project.

Our KPIs for e-sales and e-services are much better after this project.
