We wanted to develop website for ecommerce transaction on Apollo Diagnostics. This required order flow development, UX/UI development & other impotant functionalities for order creation. The requirement also included post order flow creation & building required API's. On performance indicators, the requirement was to create Mobile optimized website that can deliver loading time of less than 3s and asist in order creation inless than 3minutes.

The team delivered the project on time. There were some hiccups in between, but the team managed to overcome the challenges and deliver the project without compromising on quality

Data Migration

• Problem/ Objective: Our internal teams were using 2 property management systems (A&B) in the backend. Our objective was to transition from A to B completely without data loss & augment features in B Solution.
  • BoT helped in mapping of the data sets across both the systems & systematically migrating them to B. B system was fairly complex & comprehensive. It took us longer than expected but we were able to achieve the desired outcome
  • They also helped solve bugs in the PMS & augment certain features of high business criticality

Mobile App development

• Problem statement: Our resident (customer) mobile application was build on an old technology stack and many features were not working. Since the old tech stack was not functional, these bugs couldn't be fixed in the App Solution
  • BoT helped us with user stories & UI/ UX designs from scratch
  • They program managed the entire development process/ scrums of 10-12 weeks
  • They tested the App & helped us with a late requests as well
  • We were able to launch the new mobile application & get post launch support as well

The BoT team was responsive enough. We communicated mostly via biweekly virtual chats, fortnightly in person meetings and used whatsapp/ email for ongoing tasks. Due to the complexity of the project, the delivery got delayed by 3-4 weeks. We could anticipate it & hence planned accordingly
