Tilly is an AI concierge for social life. She personalizes and organizes dining, travel, and local experiences, offering tailored recommendations and helping users make reservations based on their preferences and activity.

What challenge were you trying to address with Big Human?

We needed help with rebranding and transitioning all our marketing assets to a new style. We also needed help setting the marketing language with a marketing playbook.

Big Human helped us rebrand and transition all our marketing assets to a new style. The team also helped us set the marketing language with a marketing playbook. Big Human worked on our social media and website copy.

Someone referred Big Human to me. I chose them over other options because they were a great culture fit, and their company values aligned with ours.

We worked together from October–December 2025.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Big Human delivered marketing research presentations, brand language assignments, social media templating, and social media posts.

How did Big Human perform from a project management standpoint?

Big Human delivered on time and had great communication. We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Big Human was able to pick up on the nuances of what we asked of them.

We could have moved a bit faster, but we also had limited hours.
