I’m the CEO of V Candle Supplies, an e-commerce company. We provide high-quality candle-making raw materials and practical guidance to help small businesses and enthusiasts create professional-grade candles.

What challenge were you trying to address with BharaTech?

We hired BharaTech to improve our e-commerce website’s organic search visibility, rank for high-intent product keywords, increase qualified traffic, and generate consistent sales through SEO-driven growth.

What was the scope of their involvement?

BharaTech handled end-to-end SEO for our e-commerce website, including website audit, keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO fixes, content optimization, and ongoing performance tracking. The main deliverables included improved site structure, optimized product and category pages, better search visibility for targeted keywords, and regular progress reports with actionable insights. 
BharaTech worked on the website from scratch. They created new SEO-focused content, including product and category descriptions, and also optimized all existing content to ensure it was search-friendly, well-structured, and aligned with user intent.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

After BharaTech took over SEO, we started receiving consistent organic traffic, reducing our heavy dependence on paid ads. We saw clear growth from multiple channels, including Google Search, Google My Business, Google Merchant Center, referrals, and even AI-driven platforms. This shift demonstrated stronger organic visibility, improved discoverability across Google properties, and a more sustainable source of qualified traffic for our e-commerce business. 
We started from scratch with virtually no organic presence, and within the engagement, our website grew to approximately 12,000 monthly organic visitors. Today, around 60% of our total revenue is generated through organic traffic, which clearly reflects the impact of BharaTech’s SEO work on both visibility and business growth. We closely tracked keyword rankings and conversion performance throughout the project. 
We saw steady improvements in rankings for high-intent product and category keywords, which led to better visibility and higher-quality traffic. As rankings improved, our conversion rates also increased, especially from organic users who were already searching with clear purchase intent.

How did BharaTech perform from a project management standpoint?

BharaTech’s project management was very well organized and reliable. Even at an affordable budget, they managed everything efficiently and delivered all tasks on time. Communication was clear, timelines were met consistently, and the overall execution was smooth and professional.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What impressed us most about working with BharaTech was their easy and transparent communication along with their ability to deliver results beyond our expectations. We were especially surprised by the diversified traffic growth they achieved, including visitors coming from platforms like Reddit, Quora, and even AI-driven sources, which showed a very thoughtful and modern SEO approach.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The only area where they could improve is in adopting more advanced or newer tools for SEO and client management. While their execution and results were strong, upgrading their toolset could make reporting and collaboration even more efficient.

I'm the founder and CEO of an organic cotton clothing company in India. We focus exclusively on sustainably grown organic cotton and its by-products, such as cotton shirts, T-shirts, jeans, and more.

BharaTech handled the complete website design and development for Om Cottons, focusing on creating an effective and professional online presence within a budget-friendly cost. The scope of work included designing a clean and user-friendly interface, developing key product pages to showcase our organic cotton offerings, integrating a contact system for inquiries, and ensuring the site was responsive and mobile-friendly.

The main deliverables included a fully functional website, product listing sections, basic on-page SEO setup, and performance optimization to ensure fast loading and smooth navigation.BharaTech continues to provide ongoing support after the website launch. Since the website was developed in WordPress, regular maintenance and updates are required, and BharaTech is currently managing this to ensure smooth performance and security. In addition, we are planning to begin SEO services with them in the coming months to improve our online visibility and increase organic traffic. Their involvement extends beyond the initial design and development and includes long-term support and digital growth strategies.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

One of the most measurable outcomes of working with BharaTech was the successful completion of a fully functional and professional website within our limited budget. They delivered everything we needed, including hosting setup, design, development, responsiveness, and ongoing error fixes, without compromising on quality. Achieving this level of performance and completeness within such a cost-effective budget was a significant success for Om Cottons, and we consider it an excellent result from the project.

Since the website has been launched recently, we are not yet expecting significant traffic or engagement metrics at this early stage. BharaTech has already completed initial steps such as Google indexing and creating citations to support faster crawling and visibility. We will be starting full SEO services next month, and we expect to measure improvements in website traffic, inquiries, and customer engagement over the next 5–6 months as the SEO strategy progresses.

Since our website has just been launched, we have not yet received customer feedback as the user interaction is still in the early stages. As the owners, including myself, my father, and my brother, we reviewed and selected the website design together, and we are very satisfied with how it looks and functions. We expect to receive more feedback from customers and partners as traffic and usage increase over time, which will help us understand their experience and make improvements if needed.

How did BharaTech perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicated with BharaTech through in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and email or messaging apps.
There was some initial delay in the development timeline. The website was originally planned to launch in November, but due to our hosting expiration and the absence of a backup, BharaTech had to rebuild the website from the beginning. This unexpected situation caused the delay. However, they managed the situation well, restarted the work efficiently, and ensured that the final website was completed as required.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What impressed us most about working with BharaTech is the long-standing trust and reliability we have experienced over the past 5–6 years. This is our second family project with them, and we chose BharaTech again because of their simplicity, genuine concern for their clients, quick response times, and ability to deliver high-quality work within a low and reasonable budget. Their commitment and honesty make them unique compared to others, and trust has been the most important factor for continuing our partnership.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It's difficult to say anything negative because, considering the limited budget, BharaTech delivered exceptional work and handled everything very well. However, in the future, they could continue to grow by introducing more advanced services and adopting newer technologies in their offerings. This would help expand possibilities for clients like us and create even more value.
