Bevenn handled the full development of the MyStockPicker platform, including a web application where users can receive personalized stock picks based on their investment profile, a stock screening and analysis engine that processes market data in real time, a user dashboard with portfolio tracking and performance insights, and an admin panel for managing users and content. They covered everything from UI/UX design through to backend infrastructure and deployment.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The platform launched on schedule with a 91% user onboarding completion rate. Daily active usage sits at around 68%, stock recommendations are generated in under three seconds, and we reduced manual reporting time by 70%. Within the first month, over 40% of users had set up a tracked portfolio.

The initial design concepts played it a bit safe. We pushed for something more distinctive and they delivered, but it took an extra revision round. A bolder first draft would have saved some time.

I’m the CEO of Mark, a medical company. We’re an AI-powered wellness assistant that provides personalized health assessments, supplement guidance, and wellness programs to help employees prevent burnout and improve productivity while ensuring data security and compliance with medical standards.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Bevenn has developed a mobile app that has a quiz to assess patients’ hormone levels and give them a personalized supplement package. Additionally, they’ve developed a backend platform that handles logistics with suppliers and a website with similar features to the mobile app. The team has also integrated data transfer from wearable devices into the mobile app. Bevenn has handled all aspects of the project.

What is the team composition?

Around 6 to 8 people at any given time. We had a project manager, a couple of mobile developers, a backend developer, a frontend developer for the website, and a designer. They also brought in a specialist for the wearable integration piece.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Bevenn has successfully launched our MVP with a working mobile app, backend platform, and website. The system can assess hormone levels through a quiz, generate personalized supplement recommendations, and automate supplier workflows. We’ve tracked quiz completion rates, supplement order conversions, and supplier fulfillment time. Our quiz completion rate is sitting around 78%, and roughly 60% of completed quizzes are converting into orders. Our supplier fulfillment time has dropped by about 40% compared to our previous manual process. Although we’re still in the data-gathering phase, the trend is positive.

How did Bevenn perform from a project management standpoint?

Bevenn’s project management is very organized. They use a structured sprint cycle and keep us updated consistently. We’ve hit a few minor delays during the wearable integration phase, but they’ve flagged them early and adjusted the timeline transparently. Overall, they deliver on time. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Bevenn’s end-to-end ownership is impressive. We have a genuinely complex product and haven’t needed to bring in additional vendors because they handle everything.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Early on, Bevenn’s design feedback loop could have been faster. A few rounds of revisions have taken longer than expected, but they’ve improved their process as the project has gone on.
