Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the owner and project manager of a Cannabis Marketing Agency based out of Denver, Colorado.

For what projects/services did your company hire Bettr Studio?

We needed a brand new aesthetically-pleasing, yet ecommerce-friendly website for one of our dispensary clients. The problem with the previous website was that the design was too confusing for consumers to find the right product and checkout.

How did you select Bettr Studio and what were the deciding factors?

Anyone who has been in the digital space knows how difficult it is to find a good designer who understands your vision, and works with you on the project until completion. Bettr Studio absolutely crushed it - the design of the website was perfect, it was simple, yet elegant. The development was quicker than what I originally assumed it would be.

When we needed certain reviews based on the client's wishes, Bettr Studio adapted all changes, while also providing us with meaningful feedback on user interface.

The project started with an in-depth questionnaire from Bettr Studio, which asked all the right questions. After that Bettr Studio delivered on a mockup for the site, which we got approved past the client with no issues.

The website was finished swiftly, and any feedback from the client was promptly incorporated. Their designers really know what they're doing!

In total, we worked with 1 person who was project managing the project.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The client was very happy with the website and is already looking to refer us to their colleagues. Seems like I will continue to use Bettr Studio

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The communication was flawless through Whatsapp. They would respond within 24 hours (typically quicker) of when we reached out.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their understanding of professional design has been impressive, Not everyone does.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not at this time, my experience with them was a 10/10.
