All areas could use improvement.

The service provider responded on September 2, 2025.Unfortunately, the last developer was not able to work with this client due to rough treatment and late-night communications, which led to their resignation. In October 2023, TipHaus, a leading automated solution for tip calculations and payment distribution in the hospitality industry, approached us with a unique recruitment challenge. As they embarked on global expansion plans, TipHaus was specifically interested in the rich talent pool in a particular region of Colombia. Their goal was to build a remote Customer Service team from this region, and they sought our expertise to make this vision a reality.
Understanding TipHaus's specific needs and their desire to personally meet and interview Colombian candidates, we initiated a targeted recruitment campaign. Our mission was to find talented Customer Service Representatives who could uphold the company's commitment to excellent customer support, while working remotely.
Leveraging our extensive network and deep understanding of the Colombian job market, we identified and prequalified top candidates from the desired region. In coordination with TipHaus, we arranged a series of interviews and validation processes. This gave TipHaus the unique opportunity to meet potential team members in person, and assess their fit for the company culture and job requirements, despite the remote nature of the roles.
The recruitment process was a resounding success. By the end of our campaign, TipHaus was able to hire four new remote employees, each bringing unique skills and a shared passion for customer service to their Colombian team.
