What challenge were you trying to address with betastudio?

We needed help with website design and development.

What was the scope of their involvement?

betastudio has designed and developed a landing page for our company. The team has used Figma for the design and Next.js for the development. The landing page is for a new platform that acts as a matching platform for businesses. The main objective is to have a sign-in and register button as a call to action to lead users to the main platform. 

The landing page has several sections, including an about section, a benefits section, a call to action section, and a tutorial section. We’ve given betastudio a description of what we want, and they’ve built the landing page from scratch. The team has also created extra materials and tutorials. We’re currently discussing the requirements for the analytics. 

What is the team composition?

We’ve worked with three teammates from betastudio, including Ajsa and a designer. 

How did you come to work with betastudio?

betastudio was already working with our company when I joined. Another colleague in the business department had already hired them because they had a good experience with them on another project. They had built a website for another bank and liked it so much that they decided to go with betastudio for this new project. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in June 2024, when I joined, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We’ve received positive feedback about the landing page. Everyone likes the design, and the UI/UX is nice. We haven’t received any negative feedback. betastudio is friendly, fast, and creative. The team has changed the design quickly when we’ve asked them to change some things. 

How did betastudio perform from a project management standpoint?

betastudio meets deadlines and stays on budget. We communicate via email, WhatsApp, and phone calls. I like that they’re easy to reach by phone and WhatsApp. If I send them a WhatsApp message or call them, it’s easy to catch them. They work even at night; if I need something to be implemented fast at night, I can reach the designer or the web developer, and they reply. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m impressed with their communication. It’s nice to call an agency and have them say they can do the work. Other agencies put in the effort to make you feel like you’ll pay more. I feel like I can ask betastudio anything, and they won’t charge me for it. The team is flexible and gives us the attention we need. betastudio is easy to reach and deal with; they feel like our marketing team. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could have more team members. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Ask for an account manager from the beginning. In the beginning, I was talking to everyone, and each one gave me a deadline. I was lost until I asked specifically for an account manager, and they gave me Ajsa. It has been really good to work with her; she makes things happen.

The team took over the entire software development, from developing a high-level product vision to ensuring product security and long-term scalability. Their responsibilities include designing and implementing new features, maintaining the codebase, fixing legacy bugs and integrating AI capabilities. On a daily basis, they handle both backend and frontend development, manage API integrations, ensure data security compliance, and optimise system performance. Their role goes beyond just coding; they actively contribute to shaping the product roadmap, offer advice on best practices, and adapt swiftly to our changing business needs.

At this stage, I wouldn’t change anything about how the project was handled. The process, communication, and final results fully met expectations, and the collaboration felt smooth and productive from start to finish.

Their adherence to the project timeline was commendable, allowing for smooth progress and effective coordination of tasks. 

Furthermore, their responsiveness to our needs was outstanding. Whenever we had any inquiries, concerns, or requests, they promptly addressed them and provided the necessary support. They exhibited a proactive approach in understanding our requirements and translating them into tangible solutions.
