What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Best Seller Hunter has been able to reduce the overall cost of advertising for the end client and increase sales over time. Our client has seen a 70%–80% increase in monthly sales. These results come through working on the overall marketing strategy, pricing the products reasonably compared to the competitors, and the PPC campaigns. The Best Seller Hunter team has found the right keywords and can rank them accordingly, getting the right exposure and conversion.

How did Best Seller Hunter perform from a project management standpoint?      

Their project management is awesome. They meet every deadline and often deliver early. As for communication, we have a monthly meeting, and everything else is via email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Best Seller Hunter is performance-driven when it comes to conversions. Moreover, they have great attention to detail in their reporting and a custom approach to scale sales. Overall, they’ve done an amazing job.

At first, Best Seller Hunter only provided us with digital marketing services for the US and Canadian markets on Amazon. Since then, our partnership has increased —Best Seller Hunter’s team expanded their services to include the UK, German, Italian, and Spanish markets. About 90% of their PPC services are on Amazon, while the other 10% are through Google Ads.

We were working on digital marketing in-house but then decided to look for another company to do the work. We tested 3–4 different companies before we started with Best Seller Hunter. They turned out to be the best company after going through a probationary period.

We pay Best Seller Hunter $2,000–$3,000 a month. In total, I’d say we’ve invested around $30,000 so far.

Since we started this partnership, our sales on the platforms Best Seller Hunter is targeting have increased to become 40% of our total sales. Also, our net profit has increased by 25%. 

How did Best Seller Hunter perform from a project management standpoint?

Their team is very responsive — they always reply within the day. We communicate daily through messengers and also have monthly Zoom meetings. Best Seller Hunter is also quick to make changes or launch campaigns when we as; they implement changes within 24 hours. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Best Seller Hunter’s fantastic results set them apart. We’ve tested other companies' work, and Best Seller Hunter has consistently delivered the best results.

I don’t think they need to do anything differently.

I’m the CEO of a textile products manufacturing company that sells their products all over the EU, Turkey, and the UK. We have around three years of experience selling in the European market and over 15 years of presence in the Ukrainian market.

What challenge were you trying to address with Best Seller Hunter?

Everything was new to us when we decided to enter the European market, so we needed help with our brand awareness to grow in that market.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Best Seller Hunter has helped us with Amazon marketing for the European market. Their focus has been finding ways to showcase and present our products in the best way possible to reach a wide range of customers. For starters, I provided them with a brief, showed them my products, and provided them with photos and details of those products.

Once they gathered all the information, Best Seller Hunter firstly focused on marketing us in Germany, after which we developed a marketing strategy to reach the rest of the countries together. Given that we have a variety of products, this strategy has included identifying the most relevant products for each market. Thus, they’ve put more effort into marketing the products they’ve identified as potentially the most successful ones.

Best Seller Hunter’s scope has also included helping me produce marketing videos. For this part of the project, they’ve been in charge of writing the scripts for the videos. Additionally, they’ve designed visual assets for ad campaigns, including specific designs for seasonal campaigns. Although 90%–95% of our campaigns are for Amazon, they’ve created a small portion of our campaigns for Google Ads.

I work directly with one person from Best Seller Hunter, who is my main point of contact. To my understanding, he’s the general manager of the company, so he communicates with the rest of his team.

Some of our products are very seasonal, so our investment varies depending on the month.

I’m very satisfied with Best Seller Hunter’s services because they’ve helped us accelerate our growth on Amazon in the European Market. Without their help, we would possibly have a similar growth, but over a larger span of time. Their approach to marketing the potentially most successful products in each market has worked out well because we now have physical locations in nine countries across the EU.

How did Best Seller Hunter perform from a project management standpoint?

Best Seller Hunter’s time management is very good. I don’t usually request difficult tasks, but there have been times when I ask them to do a lot of things in a short period of time for holidays like black Friday or Christmas. Still, they’ve always completed their work on time. We usually communicate via phone or Telegram, and they always respond very fast, which I really like.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Best Seller Hunter’s Amazon marketing strategies are very solid, and they’re very understanding of my needs and requests. Although my textile products were new to them initially, they’ve created a solid strategy that worked out well. They usually do what they ask for while also offering many innovative solutions to accomplish my goals.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, so far, everything has gone well. Of course, I’ve had some small issues, but whenever I mention something that needs improvement, they fix it quickly. Additionally, they’re growing, so they’re improving in a lot of areas.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Understand your own needs before going to any marketing agency. Most of them will try to tell you what you need, but only you know your particular needs based on your business. If you’re aware of your own needs, you’ll be able to meet them faster and more efficiently.

It involves negative keywording, where to use it, and whether or not I should use long-tail keywords and exact-match keywords. They also help me farm new profitable keywords and use the data from my ad reports to expand our campaigns.

Our advertising efforts have improved by about 75% since I started working with Best Seller Hunter. 

How did Best Seller Hunter perform from a project management standpoint?

Everything has been on time and on budget; my communication with my contact person has been good. He’s always responsive and factors my feedback into his work. To communicate, we mainly use Upwork and emails. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Best Seller Hunter is knowledgeable and realistic at the same time — I appreciate that. Other teams promise the world and set customers up for disappointment. By contrast, my contact person definitely does what he talks about; we’ve talked about what is realistic for our business, and that’s pretty much what has happened. Overall, the engagement has been positive and aligns with the performance I want to see.

No, there aren’t any.

You get what you pay for; other companies are cheaper than Best Seller Hunter, but they’re worth everything that I pay them. I’ve used low-cost providers before and received lower-quality of service.

Before the engagement started, I provided Best Seller Hunter with information about my books. I also provided some SEO keywords I identified during my market research. Best Seller Hunter used this information to inform their PPC efforts.  

Now, Best Seller Hunter spearheads Amazon PPC campaigns for each book I publish. About 90%–95% of their work is centered on PPC management. Their primary ad strategy is to identify as many keywords as possible through market research to increase my organic sales and ranking on Amazon. They then use those keywords to inform the PPC ads they create. 

We’ve recently expanded the partnership to include social media marketing on Facebook and Instagram. Best Seller Hunter has conducted some market research to help inform my topic choice for my next books; they’ve helped me figure out which topic would perform better.

Best Seller Hunter delivers great results. Their aim is not only to make money but also to facilitate a good relationship with me. My overall sales volume and organic positioning on Amazon have increased since implementing PPC ads. 

Since Best Seller Hunter has been working with me on PPC ads on my most recent books since the beginning, I can’t say how much their work impacted the success of those books. Overall, I’m very satisfied with Best Seller Hunter’s services.
