Bespoke Tech Group provides ongoing managed IT services, including help desk support, infrastructure management, and strategic IT guidance. Their work covers user support, device and network management, Microsoft 365 administration, security monitoring, patching, and system maintenance.

They are also responsible for maintaining system reliability and uptime, managing backups and disaster recovery, and assisting with vendor coordination when needed. In addition to day-to-day support, they provide input on IT planning, improvements, and scalability to support the firm’s operations.

Key deliverables include timely resolution of support requests, proactive system monitoring and maintenance, cybersecurity oversight, and consistent communication around issues, updates, and recommendations.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We’ve seen consistently high system uptime and reliability, with minimal disruption to daily operations. Support requests are handled quickly and efficiently, resulting in reduced downtime and faster issue resolution for end users.

Our overall security posture has improved through proactive monitoring, patching, and ongoing maintenance. Additionally, Bespoke has helped streamline IT operations and provide dependable support, allowing our internal team to focus on higher-value initiatives.

Bespoke manages work in a structured and responsive manner. Support requests are handled promptly, and they consistently follow through on tasks and ongoing responsibilities. For larger initiatives or changes, they communicate clearly around timelines and expectations and generally deliver as planned.

They are responsive to our needs and easy to work with, providing timely updates and addressing issues as they arise. Their team is accessible, communicates effectively, and adapts well to priorities as they change.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What stands out most is their consistency and reliability over a long-term relationship. They're responsive, easy to work with, and maintain a high level of service without requiring constant oversight.

They also do a good job balancing day-to-day support with a broader understanding of our environment, allowing them to provide practical recommendations when needed. That combination of responsiveness, stability, and institutional knowledge sets them apart.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Bespoke Tech Group could have done differently?

There are always opportunities to improve around proactive communication and forward planning, particularly as technology needs evolve. More regular check-ins or strategic recommendations could help anticipate future needs even earlier.

That said, these are relatively minor considerations, and overall they have been a strong and reliable partner.

I’m the legal administrator at McConnell Van Pelt, LLC. We have a long-standing reputation in the legal community for successfully defending professionals in malpractice matters.

We needed help managing our overall IT services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Bespoke Tech Group manages our IT infrastructure from top to bottom. Their work includes assisting with remote work capabilities, maintaining servers and data, and addressing our day-to-day tech needs. The team also advises us on current tech and solutions. Bespoke Tech Group has been responsible for assisting us in moving locations, phone and data solutions, data management, and much more.

What is the team composition?

We work with 2–5 teammates from Bespoke Tech Group.

How did you come to work with Bespoke Tech Group?

We are longtime customers and know the owner. We chose Bespoke because their pricing fit our budget, they were a great culture fit, and they offered extensive expertise in the legal technology arena. Additionally, their company values aligned with ours, and we had a personal experience of success with the owner under previous projects. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Bespoke Tech Group in June 2016, and our engagement is ongoing.

Bespoke helps keep things efficient and running with dual redundancy, current technology, data security and timely responses to tickets.

We like the small company feeling and personal service of Bespoke Tech Group, but we also appreciate the big company support they provide with their infrastructure.
