We wanted an employer branding video that gave candidates insight about what it was like to work at Maxwell Locke & Ritter.

Liked the previous work featured on his website.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

We worked with Andrew and various members of his team. There was good exhange of ideas. They were really receptive to our ideas and helped us capture what we wanted to capture.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We worked with Andrew and his team last year to produce an employer branding video. We got such great content out of the project, the team was actually able to create not one, but two high quality videos that our team, candidates and community all love. The videos have been a huge value-add to our recruiting efforts with the majority of candidates commenting that they watched our videos and got a good sense of our firm's culture. Also wanted to note that we originally scheduled our project back in 2019 with a spring 2020 production date, but due to the pandemic, had to reschedule 3-4 times. Andrew and his team were very understanding and we greatly appreciate their patience as we waited for a time where our people felt comfortable coming in for the shoot. Would definitely work with Andrew and his team again!

I participated in a set of conversations put on by a local publication where Bennett Creative documented conversations between residential architects and builders. Bennett Creative took headshots and filmed conversations.

The staff writer had good experience working with Bennett Creative in the past.

The scope of my interaction included getting headshots and direction during a recorded conversation. The photographs were published in a local magazine, and video content was used in the digital publication via YouTube.
