I hired Bemeir to update my website and more importantly, help to fix an ongoing issue - my site was not communicating with Square, which I use in my brick & mortar store, causing inventory issues and lost revenue. The website has been beautifully updated, works much better on all platforms and after months of effort, it now communicates correctly with Square 99% of the time.
The Bemeir team was patient, clear and persistent in communicating with BigCommerce (my web hosting platform) and bringing me in the loop so I now have a point of contact there who is going to continue to support me in resolving the remaining issues.
