Our website started out as a blog managed by the founder. As e scaled we realized the need to revamp the look and reached out to BeeTcore.

We looked for vendors through referrals and back-links. We were put on to BeeTcore by another nonprofit that had used their services.

After contacting BeeTcore via email, a series of meetings were held for clarity. Documents were also emailed back and forth on the necessities, with our desires factored in throughout the process.

The website waas redesigned beautifully. BeeTcore was available for video tutorials on the next steps, and also created files that cater to website operations.

The team was cordial, and very easy to communicate with. Tasks and feedback were responded to in a timely manner, and it was a great, professional experience.

They were willing to listen and factor varying ideas. They also clearly wanted our own vision to shine through. The team was really friendly and open to switching ideas.

We hired Beetcore Technology Solutions for a total website overhaul, building, and website development.

We selected this vendor based on recommendations. Beetcore was also chosen as a result of its industry experience, affordable price, work ethics, and team expertise.

After a series of discovery meetings to discuss our goals, we received 2 - 3 initial designs for the main page on the site. Once we chose a theme, they finalized the designs and provided feedback through In-vision. This allured us to show them how we wanted the rest of the site to look. The vendor came back to us with designs for our pages, including very software integration etc.

In total, we worked with 4 people including a Project Manager, two designers and a QA resource during the preliminary and final phase.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Their documentation was very thorough. They were very innovative in design and worked creatively with the website content brief provided. Also, the overall look of our websites is more user-friendly and visually appealing. Site traffic has increased by 70% and we continue to receive positive feedback and compliments from visitors about the design.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The Project Manager was easy to communicate with and provided us frequent updates. We had both in-person meetings and phone calls, but most of the feedback was via email and WhatsApp. Everything was delivered on time and we received ample warning if a deadline was not going to be met.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was blown away by the knowledge they had about website design, UX, and optimization. We appreciated that they were patient and thoughtful, while we came up to speed. We have worked wih other agencies in the past, but this was a particularly collaborative and positive experience.

Things could always be done faster, but quality is more important than speed and we ended up with beautiful products (website designs)

We had the ideation stage where they got ideas on features of the website we wanted. Then they developed sketches and the web design was done. Once approved, they proceeded to to developing the website using Wordpress.

The Lead developer was our main point of contact. But their IT support team gave progress updates.

We had plans for a virtual conference and we needed everything to run as smooth as possible. To which end, we hired BeeTcore to create and manage the website.

I gave a preliminary task to view his competence. Based on his performance, I offered him another.

We hosted a conference with over 100 person all registering through the site and the association membership also experience a boom.

As a result of the nature of the association, regular edits were required, to which we utilized the WhatsApp platform to implement speed edits. Communication was flawless.

They were willing to make as many adjustments as possible to suit the client.
