I am the managing partner for Ranger Focus - Defense Firearms Training. We train folks in defensive use of a firearm - personal or home defense.

They were recommended by a company I do business with.

We developed a new website. There was an initial interview for plan and purpose We collaborated on web content and images.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We started with a six week completion target and beat it by two week. The team kept me updated on a regular basis throughout the development process.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Great! We used Google Workspace very effectively.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

A very personal touch in our development process.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The process worked very well, I can't think of any improvements at this time.

HR Strategies Now is a consulting firm focused on enabling small business growth through innovative HR strategies and services. I am the owner of the business.

For what projects/services did your company hire Beefy Marketing, and what were your goals?

Beefy Marketing designed and posted the website for the company. The primary focus of the site is to grow the business and provide insight into the nature of our services and practice.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I was looking for a reputable website service provider, preferably in the local area and was referred by a mutual acquaintance. When looking into Beefy Marketing as a provider I was looking for quality, affordability and the tone of the partnership. All three were directly in line with my needs.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We had an initial kick-off meeting during which Beefy Marketing's owner and I discussed the desired attributes of the site and the process required for the design and content development. Once we agreed upon the initial structure and the content outline, they offered assistance with copywriting.

Within a short time, the rough copy was created we began testing the functionality of the site. While the site was based on a template, they were very helpful in bringing out the maximum functionality possible. The site was fully functional within our timeline.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Three individuals from Beefy Marketing assisted in the design including Andrew, a web designer and a copywriter.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The intent of the website has primarily been to provide supporting information as needed following client meetings. To that end, the site is performing exactly as needed. No concerns about the quality of work whatsoever.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We primarily communicated through e-mail, phone and Zoom as I recall. The overall style was relaxed but effective. We established and met the timelines required for the work.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Beefy Marketing has provided a great site that is fully functional for my business needs. They're a growing company and continually looking for additional opportunities and approaches to meet the needs of their clients. I've enjoyed working with them.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I had no concerns with the approach or final product. As a matter of fact, I had some basic graphic work that they were able to help me with that was key content and they were extremely helpful in getting that done.
