I'm Chief Sales Officer of an textile production company. We produce and sell textile bedding products as bed linen, mattresses, beds, pillows, blanket etc.

We started with an initial audit and a discussion about the company’s goals. The BeCreative team then prepared a marketing strategy for us, based on our goals and resources. At the moment, they handle Google and Facebook Advertising and they also help us with technical suggestions about our website sometimes. We also receive regular updates and reports from them, to keep track of our progress. Thanks to our joined work, we gained more visibility and improved our overall marketing performance.

We are working directly with our account manager, but we can see that behind him there is a team of social media marketer, e-mail marketer, designer and maybe others as well.

We successfully dedicated the job and we are managing the process with just 3-4 meeting/conversations per month. We have some increase in the results and step by step we are expanding the channels and techniques used.

I can see more areas for improvements from our side, so they can show their full potential as I think BeCreative are more proactive than us. Their proactivity give good results, so maybe pushing us even more will work in our case.

We were very happy with overall results. They are able to restructure our current budget to achieve better results. As well we have expanded our presence to all Google Shopping platforms in the EU. Launch few successful sales.

We have weekly calls about the progress and if you have any questions you can always reach them on Skype or via email and they reply to my queries straight away.

with other companies I worked with I had to think myself what sort of promotions we could launch on our website. Is there is a better way to use current budgets, whereas with BeCreative they are very proactive and offering various approaches to get better results.

I’m the owner of Petfood.bg, a small online pet food store, with two people running the business.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Be Creative audited our website and advised us on how to improve our customer experience. One of the things they suggested was simplifying the purchasing process.

They also created a strategy for building our brand and popularizing our products. As part of that, they conducted market research. The overall strategy was to popularize our dog food brand and top brands that we promote and some brands that were exclusive to our website. Prior to adding those brands to the website, we created a plan, identified the target customers, and implemented an advertising strategy.

They now manage our marketing budget for social media and Google Ads, and they’re responsible for copywriting, creating campaigns, and monitoring and adjusting various campaigns as needed. Ad creation is generally a collaborative effort, but they do create them on their own sometimes.

What is the team composition? 

We work with a project manager and a person that handles our ads on a regular basis. I’ve also had a few meetings with their head of marketing to discuss overall next steps of the project.

BeCreative’s owner and I met by chance. After talking to them, I found out that they provided marketing services to some of the successful businesses I was familiar with. As a result, I decided to work with them.

We began working together around July 2021, and it’s ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve seen ROI on our ad spend at roughly 300% within a month of starting the engagement, and it’s currently around 400%. Our ROI with them is better than we’ve achieved working with a previous vendor. We’ve also seen an increase in traffic and conversion rates.

How did BeCreative perform from a project management perspective?

Their team is usually ready and waiting on us to provide promo codes or some other detail ahead of the deadline. They work, regardless of time or day, in order to complete tasks. We use Google Sheets to monitor tasks and progress as well as reports for commercial rate, cost per click (CPC), and more.

They’re a super team with experience and good pricing. Furthermore, they stay up to date on the latest trends and share that with clients to help build their business.

Also, our KPIs have been consistently improving ever since we hired them.

The strategy included also the Middle of the funnel directions:
