They used Figma and Adobe tools and created animations. Bearplus then offered a month of free maintenance and hosting.

The website isn't public; we've focused on investors and some specific customers. We received incredible feedback about the website and have forwarded Bearplus to a few customers.

Bearplus met deadlines and stayed on budget. We communicated via Slack and phone calls. The team provided reminders for pending items, and we had weekly back-and-forth exchanges.

Bearplus thought entrepreneurially and understood what we needed. They designed the website close to our values and tried to catch our spirit, which was impressive. Moreover, the team communicated well and provided a great overall service.

What challenge were you trying to address with Bear Plus?

We wanted to automate our total-ordering management system, enabling us to place and manage stock orders across our outlets efficiently and with minimal manual effort.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Bear Plus designed, developed, and implemented a cloud-based system (YourAdmin) fully integrated with our supermarket software stack. Deliverables included automated order placement, error-check systems, real-time syncing across many locations, and structured tools.

The system includes automatic PO creation and syncing, file-format compatibility across 40+ supermarket systems, real-time error alerts, promotion and inventory checks, order merging tools, role-based user access, auto PDF/export, warehouse document syncing, and custom report dashboards.

We work with a lean team of five people, including a project manager, a business analyst, a systems designer, and two full-stack developers.

We discovered Bear Plus after a recommendation from our partner during our search for a digital solution. I looked at their portfolio and saw that they had worked for a company called Tomsoft, which delivered a similar solution to what we were looking for. I was immediately impressed by their ability to understand both operations and technical integration.

The project started in January 2025 and is still ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve seen a nearly 90% reduction in PO errors, faster order turnaround, centralized visibility across outlets, and saved staff time previously spent on manual reconciliation. From an executive's standpoint, I can make decisions effectively and thoroughly, and the same goes for all personnel and departments involved. Everything is just connected better.

Their project management was structured and professional. They delivered milestones on schedule, communicated quickly, and adapted to our changing integration needs. We use Slack for day-to-day coordination and hold daily stand-ups via Zoom.
