What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The success of the website has been fantastic, particularly in strengthening our brand presence and showcasing United Carriers in a more modern and engaging way. The website has received extremely positive feedback, increased our digital visibility, and gained significant exposure through social media and industry recognition.Since launching the new website, our digital visibility has increased significantly. In the most recent month, the website recorded 65,000 active users (up 400.9%), 64,000 new users (up 393.5%), and 463,000 website interactions (up 443.9%). This growth has been further supported by significant social media exposure and multiple awards and industry recognition for the website.While we haven’t yet directly attributed new business to the website, it has significantly elevated how our brand and capabilities are presented to the market.

Bearplus met deadlines and stayed on budget. We communicated via Slack and phone calls. The team provided reminders for pending items, and we had weekly back-and-forth exchanges.

We wanted to automate our total-ordering management system, enabling us to place and manage stock orders across our outlets efficiently and with minimal manual effort.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Bear Plus designed, developed, and implemented a cloud-based system (YourAdmin) fully integrated with our supermarket software stack. Deliverables included automated order placement, error-check systems, real-time syncing across many locations, and structured tools.

The system includes automatic PO creation and syncing, file-format compatibility across 40+ supermarket systems, real-time error alerts, promotion and inventory checks, order merging tools, role-based user access, auto PDF/export, warehouse document syncing, and custom report dashboards.

What is the team composition?

We work with a lean team of five people, including a project manager, a business analyst, a systems designer, and two full-stack developers.

We discovered Bear Plus after a recommendation from our partner during our search for a digital solution. I looked at their portfolio and saw that they had worked for a company called Tomsoft, which delivered a similar solution to what we were looking for. I was immediately impressed by their ability to understand both operations and technical integration.

The project started in January 2025 and is still ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve seen a nearly 90% reduction in PO errors, faster order turnaround, centralized visibility across outlets, and saved staff time previously spent on manual reconciliation. From an executive's standpoint, I can make decisions effectively and thoroughly, and the same goes for all personnel and departments involved. Everything is just connected better.

Their project management was structured and professional. They delivered milestones on schedule, communicated quickly, and adapted to our changing integration needs. We use Slack for day-to-day coordination and hold daily stand-ups via Zoom.

Their expertise in both retail operations and technical automation made the implementation seamless. They understood our pain points deeply and delivered a polished, user-friendly system.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Possibly offering earlier user training documentation could have accelerated onboarding, but overall, the delivery was excellent. I’ll keep my fingers crossed that this will be kept up throughout our next stage of development.

Many have commented on the website’s clean, contemporary look and the soft, wave-like movement that reflects our beachside atmosphere. The intuitive navigation and logical layout were also praised.
