I am the owner of a horse farm.

I hired them to build my website and establish an online presence for marketing purposes.

What was the scope of their involvement?

bblgum marketing built our website from scratch after I told them what we needed. We've given them our content, and they've created some content also. The team continues to maintain and update the site. Additionally, they provide SEO services, including keyword research, backlinking, and social media marketing on our Facebook. They create some of the social media content, and I send them photos and additional information.

Currently, we're also building another website with them for a horse hotel so they've had to find a platform that can do all of the billing and set up reservations. I've, again, provided some of the content, and they’ve created some as well.

We’ve spent approximately $5,000 with them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working together since January 2016 and the partnership is ongoing.

How did you come to work with bblgum marketing?

The owner kept her horse out at my farm. I didn’t have a website for the farm, so I hired her to build it.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve definitely seen an increase in business conversions, followers, and engagements. The number of leads we receive has also increased — we get more leads than we need and now have a waiting list. Additionally, I told them I wanted to be number one on the Google search results and they’ve made that happen.

How did the company perform from a project management standpoint?

bblgum marketing is very responsive. We communicate via phone, email, and text. If I need to change something, I just send a text to request an update or a price change on something and they do it.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I can get them on the phone and they’ll do what I need right then. It may take a minute but things get done when they need to be done.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, they’ve done a really good job.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

Let them do what they do and you’re going to like it.

I am the founder of the Pink Nail Society, which campaigns against prostate cancer. We raise awareness in prostate cancer and prostate health.

Our website was in dire need of a revamp. As a non-profit, it is essentially to state our mission, facts, story, and future goals as crisp as possible for the readers. Luckily, a friend referred BBLGum to us and we immediately were hooked!

After launching our site, we immediately received positive feedback on social media and our followers. The site is so user friendly and to the point!
