Build a flutter app to process tasks, file issues, manage assets and view statuses, comments etc, including indoor and outdoor location.
Build a webapp that does the same, but also provides management overviews, allows for planning and scheduling of tasks, dashboards etc.
Build the complete back-end including microservices and api's.

All the deliverables were there, but more importantly a culture of agile improvement.

We needed help updating our architecture to a cloud-based one.

Baseflow helped us design and implement the new architecture. The architecture was cloud-based (Azure) and microservice-oriented. The team handled migration, setup, and integration.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Baseflow delivered reworked code, lots of documentation, and migration scripts. The new architecture's performance needs to be on par with the old on-premise architecture. That’s our main metric, next to the normal code quality metrics.

How did Baseflow perform from a project management standpoint?

The project took longer than initially planned, but that’s mostly due to circumstances on our side. We communicated via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and emails or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The quality of Baseflow's people and their dedication to both the project and the team were impressive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Overall, we could have set better-defined deliverables and kept track of the progress towards the final goal. However, that’s mainly due to circumstances on our side.
