Digital product studio, built for growth

Basarada is a Chicago-based product studio building digital products that matter. We design, build and ship web apps, SaaS platforms, e-commerce and business automation, and integrate AI into existing processes: agents that run on a company's own data, document processing, lead pipelines and internal tools.

We start with your goal, not a spec. A short discovery turns the idea into a clear product direction, scope and an honest estimate. Then we build and stay after launch.

Our Story

Basarada is a small senior team led by founder Yurii Basarada. We build products the way we would for ourselves: a short discovery, a clear scope, weekly demos and no surprises on price. Most of our work is web apps, SaaS platforms and AI integrations for companies that are replacing manual work with software. We have also shipped our own products, so we know what it takes to run them after launch, not just deliver them.

Software engineer and founder. Builds web apps, SaaS platforms and AI integrations for owner-led companies, and runs Basarada's own products. Chicago, IL.

What Sets Us Apart

We build our own products too

We run our own SaaS products, so we design for what happens after launch: operations, support, data and cost. You get a partner who has been on the owner side of the table.

Discovery first, then an honest estimate

We start with your goal, not a spec. A short discovery turns the idea into a clear direction, scope and a number you can trust. No surprises on price and no scope creep by default.

AI on your own data, in your existing workflow

We integrate AI agents into the tools you already use: documents, e-mail, CRM, warehouse and internal systems. Practical automation that replaces manual work, measured by hours saved, not by demos.

Commonly Asked Questions

A landing page or a small company site: 1 to 2 weeks. A web app or an MVP of a SaaS product: 4 to 8 weeks for the first working version. Larger platforms and AI integrations are scoped in discovery, and you get a timeline with milestones before we start.

Web apps and SaaS platforms that replace manual work, AI integrations on a company's own data (documents, CRM, warehouse, internal tools) and e-commerce with real integrations. We like projects where the owner knows the business problem and wants a working product, not a slide deck.

One point of contact, the founder. A shared chat (Slack, Telegram or e-mail, your choice), a weekly demo of working software and a short written status every week. Scope, timeline and money are always in writing, and you see the code in your own repository from day one.
