Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the team player and company secretary of RTM Europe, but the work that Band Agency did for me was for a company I previously owned.

What challenge were you trying to address with Band Agency?

We were launching a new brand, so we needed help with branding.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Band Agency helped me create a full brand concept for my new launch. They were in charge of the entire branding process, from developing and finetuning the idea to designing the branding assets and stationary.

What is the team composition?

I worked directly with the owner.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from January 2016–February 2017.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The work that Band Agency did for us was fantastic. Sadly, we couldn’t achieve what we were trying to achieve in terms of income, but that had nothing to do with them; it was part of the business side.

How did Band Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

Band Agency’s project management was immaculate. We communicated via phone calls and text messages.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Band Agency’s personal service was impressive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

If you want to achieve true success, you need to work with a company that fully understands your vision. That was what Band Agency did really well with us.
